"Cassius?" Nevaeh repeated after me and I nodded.

"He was the one to find them and alert Hermes about it. I haven't seen him all morning but Hermes said he is out looking for Hannah"

"What was he doing in the room in the first place?" She asked with her hands on her hips and I frowned at her question.

"What do you mean? He's a guard"

"A guard who isn't in charge of this part of the castle. Colton is already assigned to look after us so what was he doing here? This isn't the first time he's been here. That night of the ball, I caught him here and he claimed to be doing a check"
