The morning skies were as dark as that of the night, this was because of the dark magic the witches brought into the werewolves realm when they broke through it.

They no longer hid their powers, they unleashed it in order to intimidate the werewolves and find out where the Khoyata trees were so they could eat from the fruit and grow their powers.

The Alphas of the seven clans organised a meeting on the situation in Crescent moon but neither of them knew how to salvage it. Their only conclusion was war.

"We have to gather our army and get rid of all the damn witches." The new pack leader of Night bliss said.

"Right? Some of us are very skilled in martial arts. As for the rest of the details, it's not necessary. Just tell us when we have to fight." The red blood Alpha said and the Dark Knight Alpha also offered to send his people to participate in the war.

"No," The solar tribe's Alpha said.

He and his tribe were usually deemed weaker and slaves but after the death of Alexander Firdaus

"Even if it's true, what can you do anyway?" Lucas turned his back on them and added, "Also, I'm not going to die.""No," Trent said and closed his book, "You're not going to die because I won't let you go. Guys, are you with me?"Lucas sighed, now he had to compete with his disciples before leaving. He turned over his shoulder to look at his disciples but they were in attack mode."Listen," He started, "I don't want to fight with any of you."The honest truth was that they've all grown and even him couldn't possibly beat all of them. "Well, we want to fight you!" Aao broke into sobs.Tao sighed and walked towards Lucas, "Good luck, Alpha." She placed a hand on his shoulder, "I'll wait for your return." With that, she walked out the door and the other disciples were surprised that she didn't try to stop him.The truth was that she didn't want him to go but it was his own choice to make and besides, he wouldn't die easily and this thought consoled her.Dead or Alive, she would always

Lucas stared at the plate of food in front of him. He was going to get nowhere with his original plan if she kept this up. Her holiness was still sitting down almost regally, staring at him with those pure milk white eyes of hers. "I am deeply sorry for the chaos my people have caused."Lucas held back the urge to snort and leaned back against the pillows instead. "My journey here was not easy." "I am aware, we deliberately made it so." "We?" "The other witches and I. We didn't want to be disturbed, so we decided to make it hard to get here."She shifted, leaning towards the table to grab a grape. "So if you wanted to get here, it would mean you really wanted to get here." "I see." She popped the grape into her mouth, eyes flickering upwards to meet his'. "I am ready to hear whatever you have to say, my Lord."Lucas pursed his lips, eyeing her. "It wasn't the witches alone that tried killing me on my way here. There were also some werewolves. They didn't want me here. They must have t

Lucas woke up on the floor, and he stretched, releasing the kinks. He had stayed up late last night, trying to figure out a plan. He wasn't even aware when he had slept off. He rubbed his neck, groaning. "This is fucking bullshit." He made his way around the room, finding a bathroom behind a wall of vines."How cute. I wonder if she put me here because it resembles a forest." He ran his hands over the wall, marvelling at the architecture. It felt just like the walls near his town's waterfall. The door opened and he moved back inor the main room to see her holiness standing there. She had changed her robes, and was wearing this dress that shimmered like gold. "Good morning, my Lord. Shall I fetch clothes for you?"Lucas gave her a sly smirk, folding his arms. "How sure am I that they wouldn't be charmed?" She just smiled. "You have my word that they would be completely normal."Lucas ignored his wolf's protests, nodding at her. "I will see you in ten minutes then. I trust the clothes

"I agree." She replied and Lucas's eyes widened but he quickly regained control of his temperament. Showing his surprise would only make him seem small and her holiness superior."However," Her holiness arose from the table and the back of her garment rose with her and danced rhythmically over her feet as she made her way towards him while taking slow strides.Lucas could not tear his gaze from her even if he wanted to, it was almost like he was hypnotized by her beauty. She made her way to the front of his seat and whispered near his ear, "Marry me."Lucas's eyes widened while her holiness looked at the front of his face and cupped the sides of his face.He was utterly at the loss of words, was she joking! If so, it was a sick joke she was playing at him. How could he marry a witch? That was inappropriate, what if his mate appeared right after he married the witch. And besides, her holiness had a high rank in the witch realm. What could she possibly want with a humble man like himsel

The leader of the Crescent moon, Lucas, looked at the supreme leader of the witches, her holiness, in shock. His mind processed the thought that he had just heard her say and he wondered if he hadn't misheard the woman. How was he, a lowly leader of the Crescent moon tribe, be betrothed to a woman as high and mighty as her Holiness? It couldn't be, he thought.A mere werewolf like him was nothing if they were being compared. Her Holiness was a woman of high caliber and the leader of all the witches that ever existed in the world. One order from her and even him would be butting heads with other lowly servants to get her wish done. The only person that Lucas was sure was higher in position than queen Jezebel was the moon. Her Holiness was someone who even had the privilege to see the moon goddess, even if it was ten times in a day. For someone like him who was only a leader of a small tribe, the only times that he had the chance to see the moon goddess was when there was a meeting for

As Lucas and queen Jezebel walked on through the journey, Lucas remained silent. He was lost in thought over what Her Holiness had said before they left the house. His thought reflected on whether or not the queen of the witches meant what she had said about making him impotent. Even though she had smiled after she said the words, Lucas couldn't put it past the witch to do such a thing.I won't do such a thing. He heard a voice say into his mind and he blinked at the queen.I thought we agreed that you won't snoop through my thoughts again. Lucas said through his brain.I wasn't going to but you were so silent that I began to have a second thought if all of these were lies. She told him."I am not lying to you," Lucas said in assurance to her."It's not the first time I was lied to. I only managed to escape using my powers." She said with a shrug.Lucas looked at her in a very serious tone. Young as she was, Lucas was sure that she had gone through a lot and he felt pity for her. He w

OLIVIA'S POV.The sound of tires screeching through the road woke me up from the peaceful sleep I was having. The jostling of the car alerted me to the fact that we were on the road; I and whoever was driving. My head hurt and the smell of the fumes from the vehicle made me feel nauseated and I covered my mouth in fear that I might lose my breakfast or lunch or whichever it was I had before those people had abducted me.Remembering that little fact made me open my eyes so fast, my eyes teared up from the effect. I looked around at the interior part of the vehicle I was in and I saw that it was a battered pickup van that looked like it was better situated to be at the scrap home for metals and cars. When the vehicle hit another bump, I began to panic. Who were those people that were in the vehicle with me? I thought to myself. Even though I was hearing voices, I couldn't place a face on them since those people were at the front of the car and there was something like a shield preventin

OLIVIA'S POVWe arrived at the packhouse and the set of unfamiliar faces I saw made me feel uneasy. They looked at me like I had horns growing out of my head."Just ignore them for now." Niamh said, "I'm sure you would like to have some rest instead of chatting around with people you don't know."Niamh was right.Even if I chatted with those people who looked at me with unfamiliarity, I wouldn't know what to say or how to introduce myself. My mate and I had to speak first to conclude how he would like me to be introduced to his people. He already took a big risk, taking me out of Leo's grasp and I couldn't be more grateful. My heart pounded in my chest as we entered the huge mansion that looked unfamiliar and different. Unlike the one I lived in, this one looked elder and the designs were almost Renaissance-looking. The structure made it looked one of the castles I could only read about in books.I didn't mean to get so excited but i couldn't help it. I suddenly felt like a princess.

OLIVIA'S POVMy legs moved faster than I thought was possible as I headed to the packhouse, my legs were already sore from the running but this was Julian we were talking about, I couldn't let him get himself killed. OLIVIA'S POV."There's one more thing, my lady." The leader said in a serious tone.I lifted my eyes and stared at him in wonder about what else he could want from me."What would that be?" I asked him when he didn't say anything for almost a minute after he had spoken. He got up, came to my side and he began to pace around me. All through his scrutiny, I was very nervous but I tried my best to keep my anxiety down since I didn't want to display fear in the den of the wolves. At last, he stood in front of me and stared directly into my eyes."I can still smell your fear, my lady. Have you forgotten that I am an Alpha wolf? My sense of smell is a lot heightened than that of ordinary werewolves." He told me.When I looked at him in shock, he flashed his teeth before me. I wanted to vobblered him but I held on to my restraint. Gone were the days of mindless killings."You feel like killing me, don't you?" He asked me again with a naughty smile. OLIVIA'S POV.The Emerett's people moved out of the cage and I followed them at a safe distance, making sure that none of them spotted me. Ever since Emerett had taken me into his care and he and his people had done nothing but take care of me. Emerett made sure I never packed for a thing even once and his men treated me with respect. Even the books that Emerett never joked about, he had allowed me to borrow them times without numbers. There was however one thing I had noticed about the group led by Emerett ever since I had arrived at the cave. Even though the men were very good werewolves who knew how to hunt for good meat, they always came back with little.Although Emerett had given me a head up about how the other party called White Ice had always stolen the prey his men hunted for and even when I had monitored them and saw how they acted for myself, it had been a little bit hard for me to come up with the perfect plan for Emerett's men to accept me. But now I have the perfect pla

*Julian's POV*I tried not to let my emotions show on my face as I stormed past the gate. Two of the guardsmen were sleeping, immediately getting up when I passed.I was too tired not to stop and scold them. Everytime I closed my eyes or stopped to breathe for even a second, I saw Olivia's face. I kept hearing her voice. She had chosen Vanessa over me. A few werewold kids were playing in the park, some of them stopping bouncing the ball to wave at me. I waved back, faking a wide smile. One of them pointed at their heart, calling out. "Where's Luna?" I bit my lip, shaking my head as I walked away. I knew my people would ask about Olivia, since they were aware I had left to get her back. I sighed, rubbing my forehead. This was going to be a problem. My wolf snorted, rolling his eyes. I ignored him, changing my direction to walk towards my cabin. Hopefully, no one would be there.I swung the door open, trying to ignore the little presence and scent of Olivia that lingered inside. I cu

*Olivia's POV*I stood there waiting for about a minute before Ron came back and the first thing he said when he saw me was. "The dress fits you better. Maria would be thrilled."I assumed Maria was his mate and I nodded at him, lifting the gown so it wouldn't sweep against the floor. I walked behind him, pondering on how exactly to project myself so the clan liked me.I needed their approval to stay here. Ron led me down another staircase and I lifted my eyes to see a spread of them. The pit was dug out like a concert arena. The uplifted part was decorated like a throne and I saw Emerett sitting on the chair. He had his head in his hands, and he only looked up when the whispers started. His eyes widened and he moved to his feet. Ron nodded at me, going to stand in the crowd. I could feel all their eyes on me as I made my way to the stage and I tried to tune out my ears so I wouldn't hear what they were saying. My wolf was more curious and she won this battle."Oh my goodness. *Olivia's POV*Emerett decided to take me around the cave after the mini breakfast in his room. The cave was bigger than I expected, with curtains and mud walls sectioning it into smaller parts. There were a few wolves outside the curtain rooms, watching me with suspicious eyes. I could feel their eyes bore holes into me with every step I took."They are watching me." "They have never seen a wolf like you before. Fear not. They would attack you as long as you stand by me." I looked one in the eye as we passed by her grinding something that looked pink. The coldness in her eyes made me shiver and rub my forearms."They don't take a liking to new people?" Emerett glanced at the woman over his shoulder. "That's just how Edith behaves. She lost her husband to an intruder so she is really suspicious of every new person we bring. She will eventually warm up to you."I sincerely doubted that, but I kept my mouth closed. The cave was huge and it seemed the tour would never end. I took note of

I stumbled over a tree trunk and fell to the floor. "Get her." I heard a voice hiss and I immediately scrambled to my feet. I took on a fighting stance, glaring at them. The one in the middle was staring at me with wide eyes. His eyes were dark, like the night sky when the moon was nowhere to be found. Behind him were at least three more wolves, all wearing the same band around their wrists. I felt a shiver crawl up my spine when I realized what they were. My wolf said it for me, her voice sounding like a growl. "Rouges."The night sky eyed wolf smiled, standing straighter. "You are smart. But I would beg to differ since you are here. What are you doing around our parts?" I kept my eye on him, watching him move around me. "I don't want any trouble."One of the rogues laughed, rolling his eyes. "T
