Chole P.O.V. It wasn't an easy task, but I knew I just had to come up with a way to get them employed. I knew Mr. Escobar like the back of my palms and he loves doing things orderly. If they had to be recruited, I have to come up with something immediately, that won't raise suspicion from Mr. Escobar and the finance manager. I stare at my laptop, not knowing what to do or write, I stood up and walked about my room, mutterings some words, "Come on Chole you have to do something, you have to get something done, this is the starting point to the implementation of the plan". As I walked left and right, an idea popped up in my mind. Why don't you ask for a new department to be created or ask that some men be recruited to help the production department? I smiled and walked back to my laptop, I drafted a request for more men to be added to different departments of the organization since the organization was expanding like wide fire and sent it to Mr. Escobar's secretary.
