A week had already passed ever since Mia had introduced herself as Phoenix’s mate and ever since Phoenix had found out that we are mates and I am his, there was no time that he wouldn’t cling to himself to me, that even his subordinates were having a hard time, dealing with the paperwork that he left in the office.

“Seriously, you weren’t like this when you first woke up after you lost your memories.” I helplessly said while looking at Phoenix, who was lying on the bed together with me while his hand was caressing my stomach, which was already bigger than last time and it was already visible in the eyes.

The doctor had even suggested me walking daily, but there are times when my body feels tired easily and I would have a hard time keeping up my pace.

Although I felt helpless and tired from it, I still give my best every morning to at least work to exercise myself instead of always lying on the bed.
