I'm the reason

I can't possibly tell how and when I fell asleep, but all that I do know is that I found myself on the bed the next morning.

Orlan wasn't beside me, which of course was a little bit awkward, and at the same time normal.

I don't expect him to be sleeping beside me, because of all that he had done.

I slowly rise from the bed, but my back hurts like hell.

I could feel pain in my entire body, and it felt as if I had engaged myself in some sort of war.

I forced myself to rise on the bed, and then I made my way to the bathroom.

I took a hot bath, and when I was done I wore a brown sweater that covered my body.

The sweater is long and it also covers my leg.

Making my way towards the sitting room, I was stunned to see that the entire sitting room was empty.

Orlan wasn't present and neither was Lucas.

I was expecting that when I make my way towards the sitting room, I might see Orlan asking me for forgiveness, that he's going to be a changed man, but I didn't get what I had expected.
