Placing my foot on the floor, I wince in pain because the thing which had pierced my leg while I was inside Orlan's room, suddenly entered deeply into my foot.

"Ouch!" I wince in pain while raising my feet from the floor.

Orlan runs towards my side, and he grabs my feet. "Scarlett! You are bleeding!" Orlan exclaimed as he stated the obvious.

"I'm aware that I'm bleeding dumbass!" I replied, pushing his hands away from my foot.

"Have you died...."

"Stop faking to care about me Orlan. Besides you had said you were in the middle of something before you sensed that something bad happened to me right?.... Do kindly go back to whatever you are doing, and let me be." I barked.

Now I'm mad.

He had said I behave like someone who doesn't have a brain.... so right now I don't mind behaving brainless.

"Scarlett!" He called out my name, and I raised my head to his gaze.
