Ambrose POV
"What did I say about not messing around with the Bloodmoon pack?" I said to Jaq after slapping him upside his head. Flirting with an Alpha's mate, what the hell was thinking!
"I'm so sorry, bro. I swear I had no idea!" Jaq whined.
"How the hell did you not know. If Ambrose didn't show up, who knows what might've happened," Theo said irritably.
I knew he was extra annoyed as he was looking forward to having a fun night, but the fight ruined everything.
"Whatever, I'm glad no one got seriously hurt. Well, except Alpha Dominique." Theo smirked.
I suddenly remembered Analyn, and rage boiled inside me.
One of the bastards from the Bloodmoon pack touched her and made her cry. I took care of him by swatting him off like a fly, but it wasn't enough in my opinion. I should've beat the shit out of him more.
When I saw her crying, my heart plunged to my throat. And when I saw that asshole scaring her, I wante
Ambrose POV My relaxing mood was already ruined, so I decided to sneak up on Analyn. It still bothered me that I couldn't get inside her head and control her. I needed to see if it was just a temporary block. I arrived at her house within a few minutes and rang the doorbell. An older man opened the door. He looked me up and down and blinked a few times. "Can I help you, sir?" he asked. "Is Analyn home?" I asked. "Yes she is, but she is not feeling too well. Would you like to come back another time?" he asked. Not feeling well? I wondered if it had anything to do with the night at the club. I felt a twinge of guilt for not staying with her longer and making sure she was okay. She seemed to have recovered at the time. "I would like to see her now, please. I am her fiancé, so I can check on her," I said. "Don't tell her I'm here, though. I wanted it to be a surprise." The man nodded. "I remember yo
Analyn POV"Wait! Don't go!" I stopped him before he made it out of the house.Ambrose turned around and narrowed his eyes. "What?" he asked."Why did you come here in the first place?" I asked. My eyes turned wide. "No way! Did you sense my period cramps from all the way home? Damn, that's cray cray!"Ambrose scoffed. "No, dummy. I didn't come here to cure your cramps."I yelped as he flicked my forehead.Jerk.I frowned as I rubbed my forehead. "Then why?""I came here to ask you out on a date," he said. Only because my father is making me do it," he quickly added."Oh." I didn't know what else to say about it."So, do you want to go out to dinner with me tomorrow?" he asked."No," I said without hesitation.Ambrose stared at me wide-eyed as if he couldn't believe I said no."I mean, I want to go out with you, but dinner sounds boring. Can we go to an amusement park instead?
Ambrose POV I checked my phone for the fifth time. Analyn was over an hour late. I did manage to get her phone number before I left, so I tried to call her a few times, but she never answered. I hope she wasn't a flake because I hate that with a passion. After waiting for a few more minutes, I gave up and left. I felt anger slowly rising inside me. How dare that puny human stand me up! I didn't hear from her all day. I thought about going to her house and seeing if she was okay, but I was still too angry. No one stands me up. No one! "Weren't you supposed to take your future wife out on a date today?" My governess Sylvia asked me. She was like a mother to me and constantly worried about my wellbeing. "How did you know?" I said. Sylvia smirked. "I know everything about you, Ambrose and Alpha Marquise mentioned it. I heard she is a sweet little thing." "She is an infuriating human being. And a flake," I s
Analyn POVWhen I looked into those cold blue eyes, I was afraid. He looked like the kind of person who didn't have a kind bone in the body. He probably ate his preys alive. "I'm sorry for crashing my car into your jeep. My father will pay for all that," I quickly said.He grabbed my arm. "I am not interested in money. At least, not anymore," he said."Then what do you want?" I asked."My name is Baron. You are Analyn, aren't you?" he said."How do you know that?" I asked."And you are to be married to Ambrose Vikander in two days' time," he ignored my question and said.Does everyone in this town know about my wedding now? I am such a celebrity."Yes, so what?" I asked."So, I had been waiting for the perfect opportunity to take revenge on him," Baron hissed. That's right. Ambrose picked this man up and threw him against the wall for trying to kidnap me. He was probably still angry. His ego must
Analyn POV The wedding day. For most girls, it's the happiest day of their life, but for me, it was the scariest. Tessa and Shirley were helping me get ready. Yes, we made up after they ditched me at the club. They came over the next day and bawled their eyes out. Tessa said she really tried to reach me, but it was too dangerous. Whatever, I forgave them. It's not like they could've protected me against werewolves anyway. I blushed as I remembered Ambrose coming to my rescue and then holding me close. He made me feel safe even though I've always thought of him as a beast. But then I got angry again when I remembered how he ignored me and didn't come to my rescue. But someone did rescue me and then disappeared. I wondered if I would ever know who it was. "Wow, you are so pretty, Analyn. Your mom would've been so proud of you," Shirley said, breaking me out of my daydreaming. I held back tears as I though
Ambrose POV I thought she hated me. I grinned as I watched her red-faced and shy, slightly trembling in my arms. Not an ounce of hatred or resistance in her eyes. The dress she was wearing didn't leave much to the imagination. I could see every curve and outline of her body, and it made my member throb with desire. Even though I said I didn't like her, it would be impossible to resist her tonight. I trailed my lips down her neck and inhaled her sweet scent. She smelled like Jasmine. I kept my grip on her waist then slid them up to cup her breasts. She was a slight little thing, and her breasts fit inside my hand perfectly. "Ahh...Ambrose, wait," she gasped as I caressed her breast over the thin materials of her dress. "Wait? Why should I?" I growled. I could feel her hot breath on my neck, and it was driving me wild. Waiting was the last thing I wanted. "I...I thought you didn't like me," she said quietly. "I don't. But
Analyn POV I groaned, and I turned to my side. I was sore all over my body. I opened my eyes slowly and saw that Ambrose was already gone. I blushed as I remembered what happened last night. I couldn't believe I lost my virginity to Ambrose, of all people! Maybe this was some kind of a dream. But my body told me otherwise. After I fell asleep, he had woken me up twice in the middle of the night and had his way with my body. This guy is relentless, I thought as I stretched. I winced as my body was stiff from the activities last night. I was surprised at how gentle he was with me. I didn't expect that. I thought I was doomed when he pulled out that sharp claw and ripped my dress to shreds. I was afraid, but he made sure I felt pleasure at the end of it all. A soft knock on the door woke me out of my daydream. "Analyn? This is Sylvia. Can I come in?" "Yes," I said, so the door opened. Sylvia stood there with a smi
Analyn POV I put on a red dress that Sylvia presented me earlier to dress up for dinner. It was brand new, with the tag still attached. I looked at the price and had a mini heart attack. It seems like Ambrose's family didn't have to worry about money. "Do you need help with getting ready, dear?" Sylvia had asked. I refused her. I felt like a dress-up doll every time she tried to help me with everything, although I did enjoy getting attention from her since I didn't have a mother. Ambrose came into the room just as I finished getting ready. He looked me up and down, then nodded in approval. "How do I look?" I asked anyway, even though I kind of knew what he was thinking. "You look good," he said dryly. "Just good? You are very bad at compliments. How about something like, 'you look so hot you might melt the ice sculpture?' He snorted. "There is no ice sculpture at the dinner, and I would never say something so stupid."
