Chapter XXXV

Things were going from bad to worse, Quanah had not come back and unfortunately Nikolai was right, I wish a lot so that he was wrong, especially after a day that Quanah did not give news, I tried to think positive, hopeful he was on his way back with the answers.

But reality hit me after two days, Peta was already organizing a search, I had to insist that he would not lead the group, my fear was that no one would come back, because if they had managed to disappear with Quanah, they would have no problem doing the same with the others.
