Chapter Twenty-Two
Celestine struggled to get her hair out from Alice's hand but it seems impossible for her to remove her hair from Alice because of the tightness and pressure she's putting into holding her hair firmly.
Alice hated her for being too close to Vincent even though she's not in the right position to be possessive over him because first of all, she doesn't stand anything in Vincent's life more than just being the only woman who works for him. And yet, she's acting like a jealous wife.
Celestine gather all of her strength and put them in her right leg in an attempt to kick Alice.
"I said let me go!" she shouted as she kicked Alice's legs that causing her to lose balance and fall to the sand.
