"Did you already eat breakfast?" Lander asked as his eyes were busy on the road. Since they got inside the car, none of them speak. Lander remained silent because he's trying his best not to ask personal questions to Celestine that she most probably would be uncomfortable answering.
He lied. He's not on his way to his favorite pancake house nearby, he drove all the way here with the hopes of seeing Celestine. Last night, Vincent sent a text message to him saying that Celestine is already with him and he wouldn't have to worry anymore. Vincent not only texted an update but he also texted the hotel's name that they're in which give him the freedom to see Celestine in the morning.
