A distinct sign

Early in the morning, Mike woke up with a stomach ache felt that this was not of the food last night then he goes to the kitchen and prepare some coffee and food his mother noticed him "hey, it's 5 am in dawn do you have some appointment or something?"

And Mike looked at her as his face looks crushed paper due to pain "nope, nothing just a stomach ache I mean I'm not hungry but I feel pain in my stomach maybe I just need to eat a bit." 

Then his mother remember about his health and began to feel nervous she decided to be with him in the kitchen as they eat his mother talked about what she thinks is why he feels unusual stomach ache "I'm thinking maybe it's your cancer? or... I mean yeah, that's what I think."

 As Mike heard this he then got an idea to do some research on symptoms, as they finished he then do that in his room and there he read that pain in the abdomen or near the right shoulder blade is one of the symptoms also one of the symptoms that he always feel was there which is the feeling very full after a small meal even he regularly takes his medicine he just feels that it only relieve the pang not remedied as he goes back to sleep he can't help thinking about his life from future plans to a career while thinking those things.

He closed his eyes visualizing Augustine and Alice is with him in their new house having happy moments watching movies, cooking in the kitchen and baking together he smiled then his tears suddenly slips he then think an idea that maybe it's the best time to expose Augustine to Angel but the thing bothers him is the expectation from him because so far in their relationship she didn't know about Augustine and he rues that why in the first place he did not said the truth where in these times it is quite to make it happen. 

Also he remembered what Angel said to him about hiding some secrets "I'm an understanding person yeah, I'm always open to understand as long it is not been hiding for a long time because if a person will do that to me I feel kinda like immoral person so... yeah I don't know why lots of people hide some secrets what can you say about that love?"

As Mike remembered this from Angel he persuaded that this is not a perfect time and for him the immaculate moment is the day where he had a shortime left a minutes later he fell asleep Rose goes to Augustine room as she there staring to Augustine while sleeping her few tears drops because she knows that Mike have only a short time ten am in the morning Mike waked up with a three miss calls from Angel and one message he just read the message which she says.

"goodmorning love, I don't know your worktime but I've been in you house and you are not there also not answering my calls or just a little message anyways maybe you are just busy it's okay meet me later love you."

And Mike suppose to reply to her but he then thinks to go first to the doctor to have a check-up, Mike, then prepares to go as he finished his mother Rose advised him "son what ever may result just keep strong always keep strong and yeah... don't lose hope okay." 

Then Mike just beamed and goodbyes while reaching to check-up short Angel called he tries not to answer but thought four missed calls are maybe too much and he answered.

"hey love good morning sorry about earlier my schedule is this afternoon and I was just fell asleep too much, I'm feeling tired nope I'm okay yeah no sickness even headache or any aches by now? I'm heading to my friend I have some reserved orders from him a boot and jacket yeah, take care too love you."

As he didn't tell the truth about where he goes he remembered his car and plate number maybe Angel will recognize this but a few minutes later he manages to arrive at the doctor and there the check-up begins and later he receives his result and confirm the doctor said "Primary liver cancer is rarely detectable early, when it is most treatable.

Secondary or metastatic liver cancer is hard to treat because it has already spread. The liver's complex network of blood vessels and bile ducts makes surgery difficult. Stage 2 is, caused by chronic inflammation.

 Scarred tissue begins to replace healthy tissue, which reduces how well your liver functions. Liver scar tissue also reduces blood flow to your liver."

While the doctor said this to him his reaction seems dismal afterward he then decided to go to his room for a whole day and will not go to work anymore the motivated mindset has overtaken his sadness he then missive Angel that he will not go to work and will visit his mother for a while as he arrives there to his mother he then informs about the results and Rose tears unawares appear she tried to comfort him but still Mike seems miserable he then goes to Augustine to hug him and his phones ring because Angel called again but he did not answer her call instead he send her a message saying.

"Love please, I'm just tired okay... I need to rest I appreciate your concern but calling me more than five times in just a half-day come on... I mean I updated you I think an update is enough okay?"

As Angel read his message she then thinks to visit him right away meanwhile Rose is crying on the balcony can't stop thinking about Mike's disease as Mike enters his room he then takes a shower while taking a bath he cried he ask himself in the mirror "Why? Why... there are a lot of bad people out there who deserve this, I just want to live by fixing my mistakes and lies my plan is good I mean I can't understand but anyways I know I can't make this through but I know sooner I will meet my Alice."

Then he closed his eyes and sits while the shower is kept raining to him then later in that he decided to go in the hilltop where he used to bring Alice he would like to recalls the past while overviewing the old bridge it's a late-night he drove to the place while going there his phone suddenly rings as Angel calls she consult him and ask where is he as she heard cars engine and Mike thought that he can't scape her question as he arrived he sits in the top of his car and feels the fresh air there he perfectly recalls every moment he spent to Alice.

Mike keeps staring to the bridge then he closed his eyes and remembers Alice last words to him then he  didn't notice his tears suddenly drops he still missed her and can't moved on at that night he stare to ther stars meanwhile Angel thinks that Mike is in his house then she suddnely visits As she's there Rose surprised then Angel is looing to Mike.
