Salubong ang mga kilay nang dumating sa opisina niya si Aaron. Dalawang araw na siyang halos walang tulog dahil sa pakikipagnegosasyon niya sa mga empleyado ng VSL. They said they cannot continue working in his newly bought company when all of them are underpaid. He talked to the employee’s association leader, they were demanding more than they should. And giving in to their request would meant loses on his part. And though businesses entails taking risks, what the VSL employees are demanding him would sure take a big chunk on the budget he had planned on spending at VSL.

Eddie had advised him to just lay off VSL’s employees and hire new ones. Business wise, that’s the best thing to do. But he just can’t bring himself to do that.
