“Do I still love my ex?” I repeated. Where was this coming from? She looked visibly upset. I looked around, wondering what could have fire-started it. She had mentioned Snuggle incoherently before bringing up Lucille. So I imagined it was some task she was given. If it disturbed her that much, I was going to answer it. “Lucille has basically moved on and practically hates me. Do I still feel something for her? Yes. A part of me will always feel something for Lucille but I am content. I am okay with her moving on. I might not be there yet. But I will be.”

“Are you sure?” May asked me. She meant it too. “Because if you still love this Lucille, we have to tell the app now.”
