A man said as he caught my gaze.

I just ignore him.

He's not that bad looking guy, and by his looks tell that he's a gangster. His face looks familiar.

"By the way, Carter. Rank three here." He extended his hand to me, and I just looked down at it and back to his face, ignoring what he said. That explains why he looks so familiar.

"Snobbish, I should say." He chuckled and placed an order for himself.

"I'd like to make you an offer. Why don't you join our gang Polygon and help us rule over UC?" He said it as if he was saying I was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen.

Tsk, in short, he's persuading me to participate in his nonsense so that they can rise to the top. He's basically going to use me for their own benefit.

If he had asked me that the first time I arrived here, I would have happily said yes, but now that I know everything about the Underground City, I change my mind.
