Seventy

Ellie walked into the café. It was somewhat quiet as they are few students in there. Some were still writing their examination. She had watched her sister wake up and revised her notes before hopping out of the room without acknowledging her. She had hissed and scoffed. Not like it would add anything to her life anyways. Since she was not having any exams, she had lapsed on the bed and slept for some minutes before fighting the urge to sleep. She scrambled her way off the bed and quickly had a quick bath. Just because yesterday was bad does not mean that today will be worse. She thought to herself as she wore her clothes.

She stared at her damned self. I am no damned self. She rebuked her subconscious mind and shook her head to get rid of such silly thoughts. I won't be depressed. She kept chanting to herself. I won't give up just because the world is against me. She intonated as she walked out of her room.

She looked around the café and saw an empty table at the extreme edge. She smi
