I sat in the passenger’s seat of Draco’s car, eagerly waiting for him to start a conversation as he parked in an alleyway, away from any security cameras or even traffic cams that can record us in any way.

Getting into my car with Draco was a big no-no, since the entire thing was rigged with trackers and listening devices. So Draco’s car had been the safest option.

Now, the close proximity of the man I had once loved with all my heart and still did, mingled with the weight of all the revelations that I’d had in the past hour…were making my head spin.
