Chapter 14: The man in the Garden

"It's nice to meet you finally," Lorkan said, giving Zehra a charming smile.

Cade's eyes narrowed at his gesture. He clenched his fits in anger as a million thoughts passed his mind.

Lorkan has a bubbly personality despite being ruthless like him in a battle. He can easily make any she-wolf fall for him.

And this idea made Cade very angry.

Cade has always been possessive and has always been controlling. It was in his nature, and it was something people around him had to live with him. Being controlling, his people became loyal to him, whether out of respect or fear. It didn't matter as long as they were devoted to him. And being possessive, he never let any enemy breathe near his territory or things he loved so much.

Zehra passed a small smile to everybody as she sat, looking around at the food. All of it was pure meat since they were werewolves, something she was not used to seeing at home. Although she loves meat, she also adores seafood and craves it right now.
