Chapter forty five

"Good morning old lady. We are looking for Miss Lisa. She escaped from Young Master yesterday night"

Lisa froze on hearing the words from the person. They had already found her. So soon? It's barely a day since she escaped. How did they locate her so quickly?

Panic flooded Lisa as she got up immediately.

"Miss, they are here. They found you... You have to leave" Annabelle panicked too.

Lisa turned to face her, fear clearly written on her face. "What do I do?" She asked with a shaky voice.

"This house has only one exit. You'll have to escape through the window" Annabelle replied worriedly.

Lisa's gaze went to the window. Luckily there's was no protector covering the window yet, it still a bit small for her to pass through.

"I won't fit through that" Lisa concluded immediately and began pacing to and fro biting her fingers.

Annabelle went to a drawer in the room and got a bottle before walking back to Lisa. She handed Lisa the bottle who gave her a 'what-is-this?' look.
