THE KISS

"Soulmate? Are you sure? Wasn't this soulmate thing you're doing as well?"

She questioned and he halted for a second, it wasn't surprising if she got the hint of it after whatever transpired with her in the history.

"Yes, I was the one who did it. You shoved me away because of that and in the end, none of us ended up with a soulmate." He said and her lips trembled in disbelief. Although she had her doubts now that he confirmed it, she couldn't hold it anymore. She raised her hand to smack on his face but he grabbed her wrist before he could receive it.

"I did wrong to you, you did wrong to me. Why are you still running behind the fate which we ended long ago?" She asked, her wrist still in his hand until she felt his grip tightening on her wrist. He said nothing and abruptly pulled her closer to himself. His hand leaves her wrist and slides up to her hand as he intertwines their fingers together.
