Chapter 4: A Familiar Place

The air stagnated and the temperature plummeted.

The man's slender and upright body was like a god, standing proudly behind him with a strong sense of oppression.

Jenna bit her lower lip, not daring to utter a single breath, from the elevator's reflector, she saw Berrick staring at her, those eyes were sharp and pointed, making the heart feel intimidated!

Like a lion looking down on the prey in front of him ......

Faster, faster, faster ......

Jenna expected the elevator to arrive soon so she could escape this oppressive space.

The elevator numbers were slowly changing, 13, 12, 11, 10 ......

Jenna's mood became more and more tense as the numbers jumped, behind her, Berrick was slowly approaching her.

"Pervert!" Jenna left angrily.

"If you skip out on the bill tonight, it'll be hard to stay in the company from now on, and your colleagues in the whole department will ostracize you..." Paul yelled after him, "Do you want to lose this job?"
