“ONE more thing Nadia.” She opens, drawing a favor that Nadia could not say no with. “I need you to cover for me, and it’s about Sam.”

“Let me guess.”

Nadia stops her with a knowing look and drops the deduction that Cath couldn’t deny that Nadia can and will always guess it right and immediately.

“Sam is thinking that you are cheating on him, right? No, I am right.”

Nadia emphasizes, that Cath’s silence and a bit of a roll with her eyes are enough for Nadia to confirm what she just thinking.

“I couldn’t blame him.” She added. “You are being secretive in a way where you couldn’t tell him what is wrong.”
