CHAPTER 3

ANASTASIA

For years I took Linda as my mother, after she stepped into father's life, filling the missing gap in our home.

She was there when I needed a mother's love. Whenever I felt sad, she would take the time to pet me, taking away my sadness and replacing it with a smile.

I never saw her as my stepmother nor did I take her daughter as my enemy, whenever Casey tried to get father to shower her with love, instead of me. I saw them as my own life, my world, my family.

But the same people never took me as their own. They had an evil motive against me!

I can't believe Linda and Cassandra did this to me. They made me a sex freak, just to be with Alpha Damian. What did I ever do to them?! What's my crime?!

"Your plan worked well, my beautiful and smart mother in law, " Damian praised Linda, running his hands on Cassandra's skin. "If you hadn't stepped in on time, by now I'd have gotten married to that disgusting step daughter of yours, " He insulted, smirking out.

"I was so angry when I discovered she was my mate. I've always had my eyes on Cassandra and not that wretch. But now..." He carefully pulls Casey into his arms, getting all romantic with my step sister. " I finally have my angel with me. My true Luna," He said, locking lips with Casey.

The betrayal was just too much for me to bear. I had to look away, clenching to my dress while trying to breath.

Now I know why he rejected me without any delay. He has been in love with Cassandra, not me. He should have said so the day we first learnt about our bond! I gave him the chance but why did he lie to me and claimed he loves me too? !

"Father," I uttered, realizing why.

My father is a great business man with intelligence and skills. Damian is also a wealthy businessman in the pack, but not up to father's level. He must have done that just to please father, then delivered the blow at the perfect time by killing two birds with one stone.

He gets Cassandra, who poses as father's savior, and still gets to work with my father as his business partner!

"I don't like the sound of this. I... I need to head back home and tell father what is going on. He needs to know the truth, " I panicked and carefully made my way out of the premises the same way I came.

I know father might try to kick me out again, but if I can quickly bring it to his notice, he might just think about it.

"Worst, I think I lost my phone when the guards threw me out of the house," I sighed, gathering my courage and making my way back to my father's place.

But something occurred as soon as I left Damian's mansion. I had taken a look behind to see how far I had gone, only to be startled by three men, approaching me from behind!

I recognized the face of one immediately. It's the guard who refused to let me in to see Damain!

I was shocked. Are they coming for me?!

Scared, I increased my speed and began to run, just to hear them yelling at me from behind to stop.

This made my heart pound speedily. "But I left that place without anyone seeing me. How come they spotted... Shit, Damian!" I groaned, reminding myself of Damian's position.

He's the Alpha, and he has a strong gift in picking any scent, no matter how well a person hides his or herself. I realized this when he was still pretending to be my lover. He traced me down to one of the rooms in my home, surprising me.

At that time I was masturbating and got scared when he knocked on the door, requesting to be with me.

No one knew I was there, not even my family.

"It's Damain! He sent his guards after me."

Horrified, I ran with speed, tossing my luggage into the bush to increase my pace. They were gaining on me, and the only thing I could do was scream out for help.

"Somebody help me!" I yelled, dashing ahead with a racing heart.

"Get back here!" I heard the guards shouting from behind. Their voice sounded so close and it added to my fear.

Just when I thought they'd get me, I spotted a car parked next to a desolated building at the side of the road. There was a man behind the vehicle, shutting the trunk of his car.

Quickly, I ran up to him and began to beg for help, looking back to see the guards getting closer to us. "Please save me! Please!" I cried, turning around to look at the stranger, only for me to be smitten by the charm of the man before me.

His eyes shimmered pure red in the dark and his body... Gosh! It gave the same figure as that of those handsome sexy men on those porno videos I watch. The only difference is that he's well built and way more attractive than them.

I saw his head tilt to the side, as he scanned my whole body, before looking at the men coming from behind.

Without a word, he carefully pulled me to his back, stepped forward, and rolling down his sleeve.

When the guards came to a halt, standing before this stranger, they chuckled and ordered him to step aside. "The lady is with us"

"Is that so?" I heard the stranger utter with a deep voice that captivated my heart in an instant, causing my body to tingle.

"She's with me. I'll advice you make a U-turn and return to wherever you're coming from. Will that be fine, gentlemen? " He asked, sliding both hands into his pocket.

The guards didn't want to listen to the young man. I saw one drawing closer, only for his eyes to pop out in shock, forcing his feet back immediately!

He looked scared!

"Damn it! Let's get out of here," He said, tapping the others and making a run for it. The other two were confused at first but soon got the message like their friend.

Quickly, they ran off, leaving me with my savior.

"What was that?" I was astonished with what just happened. "They fled away in fear. Did he do something to frighten them?" I wondered, looking at him from behind.

There was something black at the back of his neck. It looked like a tattoo of some creature. I couldn't tell because the drawing extended way deeper into his suit.

I was gazing at the black image when the stranger turned around to look at me, saying, "You can leave now."

"Leave? Um... Thank..." Before I could appreciate him, he drew closer to his car and opened the door, ready to leave.

I got the message through his body language, but something forced me to act at once before he leaves. Quickly, I drew nearer and said, "Please, help me. I have nowhere to go."

Why did I lie?! Gosh!

"If you leave, those men will come for me. I'm sure they are hiding somewhere, waiting for you to drive off. Please, help me," I begged, joining my hands together.

He hovered his eyes around my body like earlier, before letting out a hum. "Fine," He said, agreeing to my request.

He opened the backseat and gestured me to get in. Hurriedly, I entered his car and he did the same. Then he drove away from that desolated area, relieving me off my fear.

But I'm stupid. All I had to do was tell him about my place so he'd drop me off at my home to see father. Instead, I allowed my naughtiness to get the best of me!

You won't blame me. After laying my eyes on his figure and handsomeness, my whole p**n history appeared in my head, activating my hunger and desire to be touched.

My hands were already sliding down into my wedding dress, carefully reaching for my undies. I really want to get so wet and shiver when I cum, but... "I can't do that," I decided, holding myself back.

"I'm in a stranger's car. What if he sees me? He might think I'm a mad woman with no shame. Worst, he might kick me out of his car and into in the cold scary night," I reasoned, pulling my hand out of my dress.

"But come to think of it... What's he doing out here in this deserted area?" I took a look back, thinking of the desolated building where he parked his car.

I don't know and I don't plan to ask either.

After a long drive, I woke up to find myself before a mansion which was way bigger than Damian's. I gasped, wondering if I was in heaven.

The stranger opened the door so I'd step out. He didn't wait for me but walked ahead, attracting four hefty guards and two maids over.

I was confused when I saw this. "Is he a wealthy man that lives in Wolf Blood? How come I've never heard of him?" I stared on, watching him order the guards about.

I know most of the wealthy men in Wolf Blood, thanks to father. All of them don't have a mansion as big as this. In fact, they see Alpha Damain as the only man worthy of a large building. It's their way of showing him respect.

Maybe I thought wrong.

The stranger turned over to face my direction, before signaling the maids to attend to me.

I was taken into this beautiful paradise called a home, and straight into a large room to get cleaned up.

It felt so magical to me.

The ladies made a hot tub for me and helped me into the bathtub to wash myself. When they were about to leave with my dirty wedding dress, I said, looking for someone to talk to, "Thank you."

They both smiled and chorused, "You're welcome, my lady."

"I must be honest with you. I've never had this kind of treatment in my own home. Everyone feels Alpha Damian deserves it, since he's our ruler."

"Um... Alpha Damain?" One asked, lifting her brow.

"Are you from Wolf Blood?" The other asked, crumbling the dress in her arms.

Their expression felt weird to me. Why asking that question?

"Yeah. Aren't you members of Wolf Blood? " I asked, sensing something off.

That's when they smiled and revealed my location. "You are not in Wolf Blood, my lady. This is Crescent Pack."

"Crescent? As in the Crescent pack?!" My eyes popped, as I felt my heart racing in shock.

They nodded, giving me the answer.

This can't be! How did I get to Crescent pack?! Crap! It's because I slept off and didn't take note of the road!

Dammit! Not here! This is the same pack that belongs to that devilish and cruel Alpha father always talked about! I didn't know the stranger was a pack member!

Oh no!

"I thought the Alpha told you already," One of the maid said, causing my heart to skitter at her statement.

"Say what? " I uttered, staring at both of them.

"Our ruler, Alpha Diego. The same person you arrived here with. Didn't you know?"

"Alpha Diego?" My mouth dropped, realizing my mistake. The stranger who saved me is Alpha Diego. As in, the same Alpha Diego father spoke about!

That's him?!
