It has been six weeks since the incident with Allison at Lloyd's office and as Lucas said, Allison had kept her distance from the family.

The hotel and restaurant were finally opened and thanks to Chef Al’s involvement with it, it was an instant success and Nancy found herself involved more with developing recipes, planning menus and cooking supervision more than actually cooking day in and day out.

Chef Al of course was a great help in helping her develop her own recipes. He would often chime in a few words here and there, but he mostly did nothing else than that.

He was huge in the corporate side of things, also teaching Nancy a few things.
