Miguel's heart wrenched when he heard this. He could tell Avita wasn't in her right mind at the time, but her confession made him smile triumphantly for a split second.

"Oh, I had no idea such a pure-looking girl was lusting after me! Aren't you worried about upsetting your aunt and siblings?" Miguel inquired amusingly.

This question served as a wake-up call for Avita, who believed that everything was an illusion and that nothing could be happening.

Avita knew she was in trouble when she saw the face so close to her and thought about what she had just done and spoke.
