CHAPTER 105: A FAMILIAR STORY

“She chased her away,” he replied hesitantly, his tone doubtful.

Vaquesha gave a cold smile and said to the chained man, “that’s a wrong answer,” before motioning to the cloaked figures.

Soon after, the tied man erupted into another screaming fit as he was shocked by electricity for the second time.

“Ahhh! Please just let me go!” he begged as he was electrocuted.

Vaquesha, on the other hand, gazed at him with mirth in her eyes and a frigid smile on her face. And she appeared to the man to be a psychopath who had no sympathy for him, which made him regret being a nasty person in his life.

“You know, some responses aren’t meant to be spoken out. You’d have no idea how you died because you had a loose mouth,” she scoffed at him as she fiddled with her fingers.

The tied man was electrocuted briefly before the dial was switched off again.

“Hu hu,” he panted, trying to catch his breath after the agonizing torment he had just endured.
