The Envelope

As the door opened, Jason jerked back to reality as he felt Tim's hand on his shoulders.

"Hmm, oh, sorry about that; I was lost in thought for a minute," Jason apologized.

Tim shook his head, aware of what was really distracting Jason.

"Okay, so I fully understand what you have stated, and we would schedule a meeting with your management after our design team comes up with the blueprint for the new version." Jason explained it a few minutes later.

"That would be most appreciated," the client replied as they got to their feet.

Jason shook hands with them, happy to have finished the meeting successfully.

"We look forward to hearing from you soon," the client said and left.

A few seconds later, the client went out through the door, and Jason could relax his back on the couch he was sitting on.

"That went well; we have ourselves a new deal," Jason muttered.

"Yeah, it went well, but you were distracted," Tim stated.
