Chapter Thirty-one

Aria's POV

I woke up to the sun shining brightly in my eyes.

"Ouch," I yelled, closing my eyes tightly and turning my face away from it.

"Where am I?" I whispered, forgetting the ordeal of the previous night when the pains that radiated through me brought me back to reality.

I looked around me as I gulped nothing, I felt sore and my mouth was bitter.

I felt the urge to puck and it was blood.

These people were serious. Are they going to kill me? I thought, fear gripping me tightly. So this is how my life ends?

I couldn't rely on Orion to come to find me because he was only concerned about himself and since they have found a way to harm me without it affecting him, then I'm more or less a goner.

I looked around the empty room, contemplating the words of the Lycan leader from earlier.

I shuddered, wondering what he meant by calling me Phila. Was he trying to make me believe I was Phila so I could provoke Orion or what?

The room was empty, and I was desperately thirst
