Chapter 39

This evening, Camilla drunk her heart out and was wasted. She couldn't even tell what was real and what wasn't real. Lucky enough, Terry was here to help out, they came out and Terry walked straight to his car with Camilla in his arms. Ariana was shocked, seeing the car that belonged to this man, she couldn't believe her eyes, she treated him indifferently all night and now this, she asked: "Is this your car?" Terry smiled and responded, "does it look like I'm the type to borrow cars?" Ariana hastily shook her head "no, no I didn't mean that I just asked, I never thought you would have such a car". 

"oh so now I look like a beggar who can't own such a car?" Ariana was short of words and decided to keep her mouth shut. She gave him the directions to the apartment she shared with Camilla and they soon arrived. Ariana rushed out as soon as the car stopped and ran straight to the apartment door to unlock it while Terry carried Camilla who had passed out, he went in, asked where Camilla's room was, and gently laid her on the bed, covered the quilt for her then he turned and walked towards the door where Ariana was standing, "what time does she wake up?" Ariana, was a little confused "you mean the time she gets up in the morning?" Terry nodded "well she gets up at 9-10 and during school days, she gets up at 7" Terry didn't speak, he just nodded and walked out. Ariana shook her head, what a strange man he is.

The next morning which was a Sunday, Ariana who was in bed playing with her phone heard the doorbell, she didn't know who it was and was lazy to get up. She pulled the quilt away, got out of bed, walked up to the door, and unlocked it. She was stunned to see Terry standing outside "ermm, it's you" she exclaimed with surprise "yes it's me" Terry answered plainly and stepped in. "your friend is still asleep?" he asked while making himself comfortable on the couch. Ariana nodded, "yes, she's still asleep". she knew very well that Camilla had woken up and was watching some movies on her laptop. Ariana didn't want to miss the chance of getting close to this guy. yesterday after she saw his car, she knew he was so rich, who in this world didn't want to have a rich guy as a boyfriend. As she was thinking about this, she didn't know that Terry had seen through her intentions, he sneered, what a friend, this girl clearly knows that my attention is not on her but her friend yet she still wants to play secret mind games with me? if only she knew who I was. "I will wait" he responded indifferently, took out his phone to read some news online. Ariana didn't know what to do, she sat on the couch next to him, she made a fake cough to get his attention but Terry ignored her. She had no choice but to speak directly "so Terry is your name right?" At this time, Camilla's doorknob turned and the door opened, she lazily walked out and was shocked to see a man in their living room. Terry quickly stood up and smiled, "good morning, how was your night?". Camilla was shocked, did he come here for me "hmm my night was fine thank you, I'm sorry do I know you?" she forgot a lot of things and scratched her head embarrassingly. Terry smiled "I asked you for a dance in the club last night and you agreed, we danced for some time, you took a lot of alcohol, you must not have remembered this.
