Chapter 34

Fortune and Zack instinctively looked at each other. Fortune hurriedly opened the door and rushed out with annoyance written all over her face. The drunk Brandon staggered while walking towards fortune, "hey my fortune you are finally here, i-i knew you would come out darling, you are so kind". Fortune was so angry "do you need a good beating to bring you back to reality?" Zack also walked over and stood beside fortune "oh, oh okay, i-i get it now. so h-his your n-new boyfriend right? wait, i t-think I have s-seen him somewhere" Brandon spoke drunkenly with red glossy eyes and stammering voice. Fortune wanted to respond but was stopped by Zack, "wait, it's no use reasoning with a drunk person"

"h-how dare you call me a-a d-drunkard! fortune, you c-chose him over me right?". This time Zack responded "she chose me over you so I hope you won't be a problem" Brandon was stunned and forgot that he was drunk "fortune is he telling t-the truth, please b-be honest with me"

Fortune was taken aback a little and replied "so what if his my boyfriend? after all, you were rolling over the sheets with my cousin behind my back, what right do you have to question me?". Brandon stood in place like a statue not being able to digest what he heard. Fortune walked forward and pushed him which made him stagger at the point of him almost falling to the ground, "don't come here to embarrass yourself again, it's not worth it cause I will never get back with you". Fortune turned the doorknob and tried to open the door but found it locked. She took out her phone and called Asia. 

Asia who was enjoying her music was distracted by the incoming call. She looked at the caller ID, fortune is calling me, why would she be calling. Asia swiped to answer "fortune what happened?". "open the door" fortune said straight forwardly. Huh! Asia remembered that she locked the door, she jumped up,  ran to the door and unlocked it. Outside, fortune and Zack stood side by side while Brandon stared at them. Asia ignored Brandon like she had only seen the two people in front of her and spoke loudly "oh you two came back so early, I thought you would be out late" fortune and Zack walked in while Asia slammed the door in Brandon's face. fortune and Zack simultaneously sat on the couch, she looked at Zack and smiled "are you aware that you invited trouble for yourself?" Zack exhaled deeply "anyone in that situation would have done the same thing, don't worry about it, I will handle it". Asia chuckled upon hearing her cousin's tender voice "hey little girl, what's so funny?" Zack asked this chicky sister of his. "oh no bro, I just remembered something, I'm not laughing at you"Asia responded mockingly "anyways tell me, how was your dinner?" Zack cleared his voice preparing to answer and was interrupted by Asia "oh no bro, you like talking too much, I'm not asking you". Zack felt embarrassed and angry, he couldn't stand it anymore. "fortune, I will take my leave now, don't forget that I will be here before lunch tomorrow with Chris" Zack said as he slightly took a glimpse of Asia then turned to leave. "bro wait a moment"Asia shouted pleadingly.

"I'm in a hurry, you ask your friend or your boyfriend if you want to know more details". Asia was so upset and stamped her feet, this annoying brother damn him, can't I joke with him anymore.
