Lilith watched tiredly as many different wolves walked around and interacted with each other. This was her job, She watched everyone's life as a spirit, her body was currently in her room, resting.
This was her modern version of a crystal ball. Watching people's life was fun at first, but over the centuries it got boring as she watched the same stories play out with different people.
Lilith always wondered, what having a mate would feel like, but the Moon Goddess wasn't allowed to create one for themselves many had tried and failed. She herself tried many times but it never worked.
So over the past centuries, she found other ways to fill her emptiness. Lilith closed her eyes and whispered, "Intefro." Her eyes snapped open, she was back in her room, sitting up.
She sighed, massaging her temple.
Aiut su oauia yuie oisae
Lilith felt hands over hers, but when she turned no one was there.
Did you feel it too Mara?
Mara- Yes, but I'm not quite sure what it is or who it is.
Lilith- At least I know I'm not going crazy
Mara- I can't believe I'm saying this, but maybe you should visit Darci and ask her about it.
Lilith- Tomorrow I've had enough of her for today.
Mara- Agreed.
She mind linked a maid telling him to bring her dinner to her room.
As soon as she got off her bed she heard whispers, indicating the God of Knowledge was here.
"Amaris, I have no time for this. Show yourself."
Lilith heard a sigh before she saw Amaris appear in front of her.
"Darci was right. You are no fun." Lilith rolled her eyes.
"Amaris, what do you want?"
"Just wanted to pay my favourite cousin a visit." Lilith sent him a sharp smile.
"Again what do you want?" Amaris rolled his eyes.
"I'm here to send you a message, from Nicklaus."
"When did he let you call him by his first name and what's the message?"
"He didn't, but he doesn't need to know I do, he said I—wait what did he say? Give me a second I think I wrote it down somewhere."
"How are you the God of Knowledge if you can't remember a simple message?" Amaris laughs.
"It's quite a mystery. Ah, here it is." He pulled a piece of paper and cleared his throat and began to speak.
"Goddess Lilith you are invited to the annual crowning ball, where my daughter Victoria will be crowned, the ball will be held when the moon is full—2 weeks from now, I do hope you come. Yours sincerely, Nicklaus."
"Please tell him I'll try to make time and stop by."
"Will do, I'll see you later cousin?" Lilith nodded.
"Maybe." Amaris smiles before disappearing into thin air.
As soon as Lilith heard a knock on the door she opened it.
"Place the food on the bedside table." The maid meekly nodded and walked towards her bed. Lilith used this time to wash her face, tiredly.
Once she heard the door close, she walked over to her bed taking a seat. Lilith exhausted but she knew she had to keep going, she needed to.
After eating her dinner, she decided to take a walk, enjoying nature, the silence was like music to her very ears. The grass was as grey as the moon, along with the leaves on the trees, she watched as the trees danced as one, the moon was half, but the light that came from it was trying to find its other half.
Lilith wished for someone to be looking for her as the moon did put was it even possible? And if they did would she be enough, Lilith chuckles in her head, she was worried about someone who wasn't even real. Her wolf whimpered in her head at that thought, even though it was true it didn't help stop the pain, the emptiness. Lilith sighed, walking over to the lake, taking a seat on the grey grass, as she watched the light of the crescent moon shining in the lake.
Just watching it made her feel calm, Lilith placed her hand in the lake, the water was as cold as the air, suddenly something flew out of the water, Lilith was on alarm at first but she calmed down as she felt the friendly aura, Nixies surrounded her giggling.
Nixies were like mermaids, half-human, half-fish, but they were as tiny as her pinky finger and they could fly using their tails, it was one of the abilities, Goddess Ophelia, their queen had given them. Ophelia was a mermaid, a bigger one, of course, she was beautiful, especially in her human state, she had dark skin, her hair was black and she had ocean eyes, any time Lilith looked into them it was like she was drowning, she might have been as Ophelia had the ability to do that with her eyes.
"Hi!" One of the Nixies greeted, Coralia, this wasn't the first time they came to greet her.
"Coralia, Waverly, Pearl and Kai, you all know better than to come out in the woods."
"We know but we could feel your sad aura are you alright?" Lilith nods.
"Just thinking, where is Adella?" Adella was their guardian. They shrugged.
"I don't know she just disappear, that was also one of the reasons we came up, could you help us?" Lilith nods.
"Of course, but I can't stay under there for a long time, I would need Ophelia's blessing of water." Ophelia had the ability to give people a blessing that could turn them into a mermaid whenever they pleased, but you had to be worthy to get it, but Lilith had found a spell that made her breath underwater for a long time, but the moon needed to be visible.
"Undailia wodeum monaie," Lilith whispered, rising to her feet, she took off her shoes, she changed into a swimsuit with just a thought.
"Let's go," Pearl said, everyone could hear the worry in her voice, Lilith watches as they dived into the water, she followed closely behind, the moon shined brighter, the light touching her body, the light made a white outline of her body as she swam deeper into the ocean.
"Where did you last see her?" Lilith asked they looked shocked as she was speaking underwater. "Little thing I added to the spell."
"Cool!" Kai told her.
"She was over here." They swam fast than Lilith as they were used to swimming Lilith wasn't but she pushed herself, they suddenly stopped, gasping. Lilith turned her gaze to what they were looking at, it was Adelle at the bottom of the lake, lifeless, her tail was gone, bite marks were there along with claw marks against her stomach.

-Lilith walked onto the stone path, water from the river near was on the sides, guards gave her curious looks as she passed, they couldn't recognize Lilith as she was wearing a cloth to hide her face, it was rare for her to leave the castle but when she did, it was always for business, so she never really enjoyed herself, even though they didn't know it was her but they could feel her authoritative energy. She was on her way to tell Ophelia what happened to Adella, before she left the nixies she cast a protection barrier around the lake, she warned the rest of the guardians not to leave just as a precaution.Lilith stopped walking as she reached the portal entrance. It was shaped like an arch that you would see at a wedding, but it duller and made
-After many introductions, Lilith, Antonia and Mariana sat at their table."Why is it so hard to find suitors nowadays?" Mariana muttered, Lilith silently agreed. It's not hard, you are just horrible at flirting. She heard her wolf/Lycan, who had been silently watching everything from the back of her mind.I'm not.Her wolf laughed. You're over a thousand years old, and you have never dated anyone. Mara states.I have!Mara rolled her moon coloured eyes, as she said,Sleeping with them doesn't count.Gods and Goddesses were known for their insatiable hunger for sex, it was something they barely could live without. Just as she was going to respond, Nicholas began to speak on stage, catching everyone's attention."Thank you all for coming to witness my daughter, Victoria, coronation, Let the ceremony begin."A man walked o
Lilith and the mystery manhad left the ball, going back to her home. She walked over to her bed taking a seat."How is this possible?" She asked, still in shock.
Lilith woke up, witha smile on her face.Looking around, she saw Adrian was gone, she frowned, before deciding to take a shower.
- It was finally Monday, Lilithhadn't seen Adrian since their last encounter, 3 days ago and she was beginning to worry.
- It was a few days later, Lilith was currently at breakfast with her parents. She hadn't seen Adrian since they kissed and she was starting to freak out like always. This was her first relationship, she didn't know what to do, was it even a relationship? "Lilith, what's on your mind?" Her father asked, snapping her out of her trance. "Um nothing, just a little tired." Both her parents gave her a look. "You know I can smell and see when your lying." Her mother stated. All moon goddesses had that power, even though her mother stepped down, she still possessed it. "I can't see or smell it but I know when you lie, now tell us what's wrong." Her father pushed, she lets out a sigh, taking a sip of her orange juice. "I have a mate." They laughed her eyebrows furrowed. "What?" "We know, that's old news, so what's his name? Age?" Her mother, Amelia, asked. "His name is Adrian. He's not exactly the type of mate you would expect
- "My queens and king. Someone is here to see you." The same guard said. "Who?" "Me." She saw Adrian coming through the door, with a smile. Lilith immediately knew it wasn't Adrain in control. "Hello, love." She frowned. Speak of the devil and he shall appear. Mara said. "Hi." "It nice to finally meet you, Adrian," Mariana said with a smile, eyes taking in his body, Mara paced around in Lilith's mind calming herself. "It's nice to meet you too, Mariana right?" He kissed her hand, making her smile but Nicholas frowned at how happy his wife looked with another man, this made Lilith laugh secretly. "Charmed." Nicholas got up and shook Adrian's hand, smiling. "It's nice to meet you." "Likewise." "Well we're leaving, have fun, I'll see you later?" Mariana asked. "Hopefully not, kidding, mostly." They hugged her as a goodbye before leaving, Mariana turned around before
- Lilith looked around all she saw was white, she had to admit this was hurting her eyes. "Aaperi—" She started, but a hand cuts her off. "I suggest you don't do that." She turned around meeting the eyes of a familiar face. "Aurora." The First Moon Goddess smiled, her black hair was in a bun, her skin was as dark as chocolate, her eyes were as grey as the grass in Xiafionica. "Hello, Lilith you've grown into a beautiful woman." Lilith smiles. Aurora wasn't dead none of her ancestors were they just chose to be hidden, to live a life where no one knew that they were goddesses. "Thank you but why have you brought me here? I'm sure Ad—" She cuts herself off not wanting to think about him right now. "That's what I came to talk to you about, you need to accept him." "—How can I accept him when he doesn't accept me, I'm quite sure he only wants me for my body." She spoke those words hating that they were true. "Please
"She's a vampire? How on earth is that possible?" Dailon inquired everyone, awaited her answer."Well, we've come up with a theory. Xaviana is favoured by the sun, so she's was granted the ability to become one, we got that idea from the humans in their stories vampires aren't allowed outside in the sun because they'll burn." Lilith explained."But why isn't Adrian a vampire as well?" Marcella asked."Because he's favoured by the moon not the sun, that's why he became my mate, the moon paired us together.""Wait, since Xaviana has your blood and Adrian's, she's a vampire, a witch and most likely a wolf," Amaris said making them realize what she was."She's a tribrid, how are we going to fight her?" Wyatt inquired worry in his voice, Marcella also had a worried look on her face as she was deep in thought, it was rare to see the Goddess and God of War worry about war, as they normally would come up with a plan in just a few seconds."We're all
Once they went deeper into the village they could see the fire wielder shooting fire everywhere carelessly, The vampires tried to run but the fire around them would kill them in an instance. Lilith stared at the fire on the trees putting it out with ease, she knew she wasn't doing this by herself as she could feel Adrian's presence, she knew he could control fire with just a look. Her eyes moved to the fire wielders, Adrian used his magic to stop them from wielding fire. "You can go Adrian." And he did. "Jusbe eh osue." She whispered snapping the vampires' neck putting out the fire in the process. The fire wielder moved to run but Lilith wasn't going to let that happen. "Rapia." Ropes appeared wrapping around the fire wielders bodies and the vampires. "Bring them back to whatever holding cell you have, be quick I don't know how long their ability will be gone for." Kuan and the training guards did as told. "Leave the vampires, I need to have a chat with them.
The Goddesses were currently having dinner, "So everything has to be cold." Darci asked as she ate her chicken. Marina nods, "Are you all staying the night?" They all turned to Lilith making her look up sighing. "Why are you all looking at me? I'm not your parents." She states as she continued her food, they continued looking at her for an answer. "Yes we're staying, I'm sure Ophelia and Marina need time to catch up, that would give Amethyst time to talk to the plants like she has been asking to do for a while and Darci some time to sleep." "You're gonna make a great mother," Darci said yawning making them yawn as well. "Yuie oisae." She heard Adrian her eyes moved to him. (My love in Crelaxos) "Missed me?" He smiles placing a kiss on her forehead, she sighed since he was astral projecting, so there weren't tingles as there would be in person. "Just wanted to check on you, and of course I miss you." Darci cleared her throat not fazing
"How can this be? Ocoaele and Uliyeni said you died—" Ophelia spoke still in shock as they walked through the cold forest, the leaves on the trees were literally ice. (Ocoaele - Mother & Uliyeni - Father in the ancient language of Seabriria - Uettisesh)"They only told everyone that to protect me," Marina told her as the place got colder and colder, Darci nor Lilith were used to this weather as they lived in a tropical climate, even in the winter it wasn't that cold, but Ophelia and Amethyst were used to the coldness as during the winter in Seabiria the waters are the coldest, and Amethyst, well she could get used to any environment with ease, she was the Goddess of Nature after all."What do you mean?" Ophelia asked what everyone was thinking, Lilith closed her eyes, letting Mara warm her up, her wolf fur was on Lilith's skin but it wasn't visible, Darci whispered a spell warming herself."Well, when I was born I was dying, slowly, no one knew why, Oc
They continued through the forest, they could feel the wolves coming closer and closer, but they ignored it as they approached a river.“I miss Seabiria’s oceans and my natural form,” Ophelia told them softly placing her hand in the water causing it to turn a beautiful glowing blue.“You were born a mermaid?” Lilith asked, the goddess of water shook her head eyes focused on the water as she answered Lilith’s question.“Yes and No, I was human in my mother’s stomach but when she pushed me out my legs changed into a tail, but after just a few months out of the Ocuano I was able to control my transformation, I was a very fast learner.” The Ocuano was like a hospital.“Good to know is-“ Before Lilith could continue a howl was heard as well as the sound of wolves running towards them. "For the love of Goddess, can't we walk in peace," Lilith asked sighing as they came into view, Darci was ready
They walked through the forest getting closer and closer to the Earth faction, the air filled with tense because of earlier’s incident, “We’re here.” He announced they looked around seeing nothing but trees and rocks.“Don’t tell me you live in the trees,” Darci said looking at the trees, Oliver shook his head ready to answer but Amethyst answered for him.“No, their home is right in the rocks.” Darci's eyes glowed purple shocking the faction.“I see it.”“You have Lilith’s vision?” Ophelia asked as her eyes dimmed but to their original colour.“No, I’ve been learning to control my magic so I can peak into the future on purpose I didn’t think it would work until now.” She was using her power to see the future, so she could see where the village was, Lilith and the rest were impressed as she was finally learning how to control her magic, even
A moan escaped her as he left kisses down her body, he backed her to the bed, she fell against it gracefully lips met hers once again as he tore open her shirt-A knock on the door tore them apart, Adrian groans irritated, Lilith frowns. "Opsu ocusna." She whispered making her shirt piece back together as Adrian opened the door, revealing a guard."My King, Councilman Aaron has requested Goddess Lilith's present at the centre of Mariana's realm, for the trip to Stiollovar." She sighs hearing the woman."Is that all?" The guard nods quickly bowing. "You may go." Adrian closed the door turning to Lilith. "Can't I have one moment alone with you?" She smiles stepping towards him."You will after we get everything out of the way." He sighs kissing her softly. "Come back as soon as you can." She nods."I will."-When Lilith reached the centre of Mariana's realm, where the portal to Stiollovar was, she saw Aaron, Darci, Amethyst and Ophelia
Lilith sat in the couch in the library, reading over the almost blank page, wondering, what was she scared of? What did she fear?"Lilith, take a break." She heard Adrian from behind her, she turned to him, sighing."I can't, I need to figure this out." Her eyes followed him as he took a seat beside her."Then I'll help, I can draw out emotions as I did in training do you remember?" She nods, he placed his hand on her cheek, his eyes turning a darker red. "Aiauné." Her eyes flashed red as she felt an overwhelming emotion. "What do you fear?"Images flashed, all she saw was Adrian walking away from her, she felt pain in her chest even though, she knew it wasn't real, but she now knew what she was afraid of."Losing you." She whispered her heart feeling heavy, her eyes tearing up at the thought as her emotions were tenfold."You will never lose me." He captured her lips taking back the emotion, he had given her, he pulled back staring i
They enter back the meeting room where they saw, everyone discussing the war plans."Lilith I see you're fine, we heard your heart stopped for 2 hours.""I'm fine, Goddess Aurora brought me back, speaking of Aurora she told me about a key we are supposed to find within ourselves.""Like a literal key? Why don't you just stick your hand inside your chest?" Aaron inquired."I already did that, there is nothing inside of me, though they gave us a riddle: The key you wish to find is only inside, where you will knock to open the lock but don't worry if you follow the light you will find a life of peace where your key is kept, but to find it you must always stay true to yourself and to others remember you can't do this alone because being alone is a dark path, you should never wish to take, darkness is not a wrong path but it's not the right path either," Darci said Amaris frowns, sighing."At this point I want Xaviana to win this war, all of this is way
