I suddenly woke up looking for Conan. I noticed that my wounds had been treated and walked around the room with my eyes, finding my nephew in a crib near my bed. My attention was captured by the enigmatic figure of the wolf, who had an icy white hue mixed with silver lights, entering the room.

“Don’t come any closer, beast!” I screamed, making an effort to look threatening, though my voice betrayed the nervousness I was feeling.

The wolf continued to advance, stopping in front of me and sitting on his hind legs. He made a mocking sound, as if he found my threats amusing.

“I’m warning you, creature. I will not allow you to hurt my baby!” I will repeat my words, and then there will be no doubt.

The furry one approached, looking at me intensely and smelling the surrounding air.

“This dog is not yours. The smell is similar, but not identical. It belongs to me,” he growled, showing his canines.

“Are you talking? Or am I going crazy, listening to a wolf conversation?” I stammered, perplexed.

“Give me the cub, human!” he growled even more menacingly, his voice resounded with authority.

“Puppy? You will not touch my baby!” I cried desperately, standing in front of the crib in a defensive posture.

The wolf came closer, and I tried to attack him. However, with a quick, barely noticeable move, he managed to knock me to the ground and put his weight on me, sniffing my neck.

“Being such weak prey, you shouldn’t challenge me,” he growled.

I shuddered, feeling a shiver in my spine.

“Her smell is similar, but not the same. You are not her, and this is not her cub!” he screamed, his teeth serrated near my warm skin.

Suddenly he turned away, turning into a tall man with fair skin and a proud look. His muscle-building exuded power and vitality. Her dark hair framed a sculpted face, and a well-groomed beard added a touch of sophistication. His confident posture and dominant presence drew attention, but mine went straight to the scar that ran from his shoulder to the middle of his bare chest.

“WHAT ARE YOU?” I exclaimed, shocked and frightened.

He declared with determination, “This puppy belongs to me!”

“Why do you call him a puppy? Who do you think you are to claim him?” I asked, raising a defiant eyebrow.

“I am your father and your king!” His voice sounded fierce and chilling.

“I-I... are you the father?” I stammered, bewildered by the revelation.

“Yes, therefore, the pup belongs to me,” he declared imperiously.

“No!” My response was firm, challenging his claim.

He arched an eyebrow, assessing my defiant reply.

“No? Interesting,” he commented, noting my growing determination.

Taking a resolute stance, I declared, “I promised my sister that I would care for and protect her child as if it were my own. I won't let you take him, even if I have to fight to the death!”

He observed me, recognizing the courage emerging in me. A nearly imperceptible smile crossed his lips, but his confusion and nervousness prevented her from noticing.

He acknowledged, “You don't have the scent of death about you; I believe your story.”

“Scent of death?” I repeated, surprised.

“Yes, your sister, she exuded illness and death. But there was something unique about her.” His eyes narrowed as he reflected. “At least, that's what I thought.”

Tears welled up in my eyes.

“If you knew she would die,” I clenched my fists in anger, “why didn't you take care of her? Why did you abandon her? And why have you only now appeared, wanting to take the only memory left of her?” I exclaimed, staring at him without yielding.

“Your sister disguised her scent well, leaving no traces. I found her through the scent of my pup. I sensed the threat around him and his desperation,” he pondered, approaching.

“Why did you attack me?” I asked, remembering the chilling scenes in the cemetery.

He shrugged. “I didn't attack her. I protected them.”

“Weren't the other wolves with you?”

“No, they're from a different pack. They want to destroy my heir and take my throne.” His gaze glittered, and I could feel the hatred in his words.

“Throne? Are you a king?” I asked, wide-eyed.

“Better yet, I am an ALPHA.” he said with a tone of pride and honor in his voice. His majestic posture revealed his power.

“What is an alpha?” I continued, still confused.

“You humans are so depressing...” He rolled his eyes with disdain.

I watched her posture carefully as she wiped a stubborn tear running down my face.

“I need answers. Who attacked us? Why do they want to kill Conan? How did you meet my sister?” I exhaled after answering the questions that were plaguing my mind.

“They were attacked by the Crescent Moon Pack goons. I’ve already answered your question about the cub. Don’t be slow, humans. Follow the answers,” he said clearly, clearly irritated by the questioning.

“All right, Mr. Rudeness.”

In a roar, he roared, “Mr. Alpha or King, cheeky human.”

His roar makes me take a few steps back until I lean into the cradle. Conan wakes up crying, as scared as I am. I turn to catch him, but a strong, rough hand supports him before I can reach him. His speed is absurd, beyond normal.

“Please don’t hurt him.” I lower my voice, afraid he’ll crush my nephew in his strong arms. “Give him back to me, please.” I slowly extend my arms.

“He is my heir. My blood, my firstborn, and the future leader of this band. Why would I hurt him?” He frowned, looking at me like a question mark.

Strangely, the baby calmed down in his arms, as if he recognized him just by being near. Maybe he’s telling the truth, maybe he’s the father of this child! My sister had warned him that he was an extraordinary being, but none of this makes sense. How did she meet him? Why did she hide from him?

I raised my chin defiantly, compelling him to keep his gaze on mine.

“How did you meet my sister? Why did she feel she had to hide from you?”

A mist hung over his gaze, making me shiver under the weight of his presence. His eyes were aflame with predatory intent. Despite his intimidation, I didn't avert my gaze. I needed the answers, and, more importantly, I needed to know if we were in danger here!

    “I wasn't cursed like this!” A menacing growl erupted from the Alpha's chest, causing the hair on my arms to stand on end as I took a step back. His contempt for humans was evident, making it difficult to understand why he had gotten involved with a human or why he had saved me.I took a few more steps towards the surrounding forest; the cabin was in the middle of nowhere, and there was no one to come to our rescue. Before I could decide to run, a brown and gray wolf leaped menacingly towards me from among the trees, its fangs bared, making it clear that it was ready to attack. Still in his human form, the Lycan king showed no rivalry, leading me to conclude that the menacing wolf that threatened me was his minion.A she-wolf emerged from behind him, passing by me; her tones were beautiful in a blend of cream and white, and her stride was majestic and elegant. She walked up to the Alpha in her lupine form, stopping by his side and politely saying,“Brother, forgive this foolish human;

I reached the highest possible point as nightfall approached, scanning the area below with my eyes in search of any sign of the wolf that was hunting me. I knew that the countdown had already ended some time ago, and I heard soft branches breaking on the ground, unable to determine if they were coming from the beast that was searching for me or from another animal in the forest.Likewise, I tried to calm my breathing until a deep, menacing voice echoed through the wilderness: “AAAA, little human, you're more cunning than I imagined, masking your scent!” A sinister laugh followed, “You've made things more interesting!”I covered my mouth when I realized that its heavy paws were rapidly approaching me. I prayed in my mind, begging any available deity to make me invisible to my mortal enemy. “I'm going to find you, little mouse!” His growling and amused howl indicated he was clearly reveling in his games.I attempted to climb even higher, fearing being seen. It didn't take long for a group of wolves to emerge from the depths of the forest, as if they had deleted the imminent threat. The Alpha had transformed into his lupine form just before the pack approached.“They are many!” I exclaimed, concerned, gripping my trusty dagger in my hand and pointing it at the beasts surrounding us. “Aren't you a king? Where's your pack?” I looked at him for answers, making him laugh at my words.“For these pests, only my Beta and I are enough,” he said confidently, and I couldn't tell if it was his ego or madness.“The human belongs to us, Alpha, return her, and we will leave you in peace without much harm,” growled a dark-toned wolf, seeming to be the leader of the small group.“Is the human an ally of yours?” Beta Oliver exclaimed. The dark wolf sniffed in my direction, trying to recognize me, until he stopped, narrowing his eyes in doubt.“Your appearance is identical, but your scent is not the same. I abruptly woke up with the sun's rays invading the room through the window. My first sight was of the bed I had been in before. However, I realized that something was different. I got up, disoriented, and began to frantically search for Conan, my heart racing as my search proved to be in vain. He was no longer in his crib.A wave of fear washed over me, flooding my mind with distressing thoughts. Would I never see him again? Would I never feel his sweet baby scent again? My anxious footsteps took me back and forth across the room, and my hands trembled as I tried to open the locked door. A chair near the window caught my attention, and in a fit of anger and despair, I threw it with force. I felt exhausted and completely nervous.Screaming, I ran my hands through my hair and took a deep breath, trying to regain my composure. “Agatha, what mess have you gotten us into?” I exclaimed, directing my frustration at myself. Finally, the door unlocked, and Victoria entered the room with a gen

It didn't take long for nightfall to approach. The moon in the sky was nearly full, indicating that the transformation was nearing. I felt my breath grow heavy, my instincts sharpen, and I could hear an owl in the background of the forest. On the ground, I could feel a snake slithering its way towards a nearby burrow. I looked out of the open window, sniffing various scents that filled the forest, from the dew on a plant to the damp mist that enveloped the woods.“I'm scared,” I confessed, squeezing my hands. The wolf sat there enigmatically, without uttering a single word. The pains in my joints began with a twist in my stomach, and my ribs felt like they were expanding from within, making room for a lupine soul. “Aiii, it hurts,” I moaned, crouching down and wrapping my arms around my belly. “I don't want this,” I pleaded, teary-eyed, looking at the Alpha in front of me. “Please, help me avoid this!”“Aiii, damn it, darn!” I yelled, surrendering to the pain. “Why is this happening?” Sophie's voice was like a whisper, filled with confusion and pain.Unconsciously, she nuzzled her muzzle into the Alpha's neck, sending shivers down his fur. A mixture of desire and the need to possess her overwhelmed him. The wolf before him had just undergone a transformation without losing her rationality—a process unlike anything King Laycan had ever seen. She had been promised to him by her goddess. Its effects were already noticeable, and he was making a tremendous effort not to claim her. It was too early; she still needed to understand what she had become, needed to be trained to control her transformation, and then she should accept him as her mate. Before his eyes, he knew it wouldn't be an easy task, but the challenge of winning his prey was tempting.“Why was I cursed?” Sophie's question caught the Alpha off guard, pulling him from his dark reverie. Her voice sounded like a lament, tinged with sadness.Retracting his muzzle, she lay down on her paw

Exhausted, I plunged into a deep and enigmatic sleep, where I found myself in a dense, fog-shrouded forest. There, I came across my mother near a shadowy tree, accompanied by a giant wolf with light fur. Desperately, I tried to warn her:“Mom, be careful!”However, my words didn't reach her, as if I were invisible to both of them.“Are you sure about that?” the light-furred wolf inquired, rubbing his enormous head against her hip.“I am, my love...” She replied with a smile, stroking the wolf's head. “With this spell, they won't be able to find us!”“They”? Who were “they”? This question echoed in my mind, but no one seemed willing to answer it.My mother turned to face the beast, caressing its belly, and the wolf approached, sniffing and licking her belly.“We will protect them!”“Did you say 'them' in plural?” My mother brought her hand to her mouth in surprise. In the blink of an eye, the wolf in front of her transformed into a human, revealing a gentle smile as he took my mother's

I stared at the sky tinted with orange hues by the sunset, heralding the imminent night that unfolded to make way for lunar majesty. A sigh escaped my lips as I closed my eyes at the riverbank, chanting a prayer of protection to the ancestors, imploring them to safeguard my descendant wherever his journey might lead him. I wished for him to find peace and love, yearning for a day when

I opened my eyes and surveyed the surroundings. We were in a stunning garden in front of a lake filled with fish, accompanied by ancient songs that filled the air. The pack leader stood, extending his hands to help me up.“Where are we?” I asked, raising my eyebrows, perplexed.“I believe we have entered the afterlife of our ancestors...” he replied, examining the surroundings where only the melodies echoed. “Someone brought our souls here!”“You're right, King Lycan, it was I who summoned you!” We turned in the direction of the voice echoing behind us; it was Phillipa, smiling gently. “Daughter.”She approached to hug me, but I took a step back, standing behind the alpha, who wrinkled his nose and growled at my mother.“I'm sorry... I shouldn't...” Phillipa whispered.“Why did you bring us here?” Harvey inquired firmly, his voice sharp.“Calm down, Lycan. I can assure you that my intentions are genuine,” Phillipa sighed, turning her gaze towards me. “Sophie, please, can you at least

I did the same, looking up at the sky and spotting the silhouette of the dark witch, whose laughter echoed shortly after.“Well, well, visitors in our illustrious home…” the dark witch spoke playfully, invading the space with her darkness. Her dull eyes were even more drained, and the skin more deteriorated, with dark veins bulging from her neck.“You look terrible, witch!” taunted the Lycan king.“Cursed wolf, I've never been better... And your son, how is he? Oh, yes, he has become a puppet of our king!” She laughed, provoking a loud growl from me, displaying my fangs. “Oh, Luna, calm down; soon you will join us!”“What do you mean by that?” the Alpha demanded.“As you can see, my shell can no longer contain my powers; I need a new one.” The dark witch amused herself. “And now that the Shadow King has obtained a toy more powerful than you, hybrid, I can use her as I please!”“Over my dead body.” I roared th

Every contact sent shivers through me; his advances grew more intense, and I wrapped my legs around his hips, deepening the connection. Loud moans echoed with increasing intensity, culminating in a simultaneous climax.“Now we're ready for battle,” the alpha roared in my ear. “Shall we leave now?” I arched my eyebrows. The Lycan king kissed me, supporting his arms beside my neck and staring intensely for a moment.“If we want to rescue Conan, we need to leave...
