Lyla's Pov

As I ran towards the house, Thern's voice was visible as he changed some magical words. "Keira!!" I shouted each time I ran into the building.

The house was beginning to fall due to the severe fire effect. And for some reason unknown to me, I was thrown into total darkness. "Where the hell am I?" I looked around but I couldn't see anything.

Then, out of nowhere, a light appeared, putting me in the e center. It was more of a circus playground. I looked around. and I saw Georgina seated right before me. "Do you think you have won? I am coming back, and when I do, you are going to wish you were dead. I am coming back to claim my seat on the throne, and you need to be gone by then because I won't be so easy on you."

    Lyla's pov As we walked back to the pack. I noticed the people were tired and hungry. Most of them looked worn out, and many of them were lying on the street begging. A part of me felt responsible for them, and the thought of liberating them filled my head. "Think, Lyla. What do you think will really happen to them if you decide to flee this silver moon pack?"     Georgina's pov It has been three days since I got into the scorpion pack. I must say they are very secretive people, and they have their way of doing things. It was quite different from the Silver Moon Pack, but I was willing to learn their ways and work with Alpha Derek to take down the Silver Moon Pack, or should I say Thorn's kingdom.     Georgina's pov Everything went back to normal, and I could see through Diana's lies. I knew what she and Alpha Derek wanted. A vessel to jump powers, and I knew I had to make sure when she decided to shift powers I would be ready to absorb all of her powers. Time went back to normality, and we were done with our breakfast.     DIANA'S POV In the quiet shadows of the east wing, I awaited her. Georgina, the unsuspecting little pawn who believed she could outwit us. She was completely unaware of what was in store for her. This evening, I would urge her to reveal her real capabilities — the sort of strength that can only surface under extreme pressure. My lips formed a sly grin as I set up the spell, my fingers carving ancient symbols in the air, unseen by everyone except the sharpest observers.
