“Don’t worry about it sir. I will take an Uber home, my roommate will be up waiting for me,” she replied. She want him to stop offering her a ride already.

Scott couldn’t understand why Jennifer didn’t want to accept a ride from him. He was being polite, but still doesn’t want to keep pushing it.

“OK, have a goodnight,” Scott said as he turned around and walked away.

As soon as Scott was out of Jennifer’s view, a sigh of relieve escaped her lips. I can’t let him take me home at all that would blow my cover, she thought.

I don’t know if I am thinking things too much, but I think Mr. Scott might have a crush on me, how could he like someone like me? She thought.
