Adriena gave Raymond to Carnelian while she was ready to take her bath

" Are you going to be fine on your own?" he asked her

" Of course, I would. Just take care of Raymond and let me take my bath before people start to troop in," she said as she stripped herself naked in front of him. Thankfully, Raymond was looking at another place

It felt so good to see her in her birth clothes again. Despite the fact that she has been bedridden for weeks, her body is still as glowing as ever

" Just don't drown," Carnelian said casually, and Adriena smiled

" I won't," she said and went into the bathroom

" Or better still, use the direct shower, not the bathtub," he said out of concern

" I will be fine," she said

While she was taking her bath, Carnelian was paying attention to the bathroom and Raymond. He made sure to listen to her heartbeats, and when he was not satisfied with the heartbeat alone, he mindlinked her
