IN PARENTS ROOM

"Mom, Dad!"

"Now you don't need to worry! I already solved everything!" Caleb happily announced it looking at his parents who were still confused with his words on the other side. After coming from the mansion Caleb directly comes back home to meet his parents and tell them about this good news.

"What do you mean son? We can't understand it!" Erma inquires with a confused tone while Dale feels annoyed by his son's statement.

"Caleb, don't try to lie!" Dale furiously shouted.

"Mom-Dad" He held their one and one hands in his. While both of them looked at their son.

"I'm not lying!"

"The debt collector forgave our debt!"

"We don't need to pay him anymore!"

Caleb explained to his parents which made them immediately enlarge their eyes in surprise and overwhelmed with happiness after realizing his words were true.

"Oh my goodness!!" Erma cried out while her hands pressed on her mouth with disbelief. Dale also felt shocked on the other side but couldn't halt smiling.

Erma and Dale still couldn't believe what they just heard and looked at each other with surprise and enjoyment.

While they again turned to look at their son's direction with disbelieving eyes.

"Are you telling the truth, son?" Erma asked with a wide smile, feeling it's a dream!

"Yes, Son, is this truly true?" Dale interrogated while he touched Caleb's shoulder.

Caleb knew how much they were worried and this sudden news is truly unbelievable.

"Yes, Mom!"

"Yes, Dad!"

"I'm telling the truth! I just came back home after talking to the main new boss!" Caleb looked at both of them and clarified his words again to make them believe in it!

"That's great!"

"That's great news son!" Erma's tears come out.

Dale also felt emotional and hugged Caleb.

"You did a great job! Son!" He patted his back.

Caleb felt delighted to see their cheerful expression again.

"But Son, how did you do that? Why do they forgive the debt?" Erma questioned which made both son and dad pair to release from the hug.

Celeb felt quiet for a moment, While Dale also asked him," Yes, Son! Tell us! How does it happen?"

Caleb knew he needed to tell them about the 'deal' and this made him a little uneasy in his heart as he didn't know how they would react about it.

He just hoped they could understand his circumstances.

"Mom-Dad! Please first listen to my whole words before reacting to it or making a statement above it!"

Both parents nodded to him in assured only then did he speaks out.

"Mom-Dad" He looked at both of their faces before looking back to the floor.

"I made a deal with the casino's new owner!"

"What deal son?" Erma asked immediately.

While Dale felt anger thinking that Caleb made another problem.

"Have you brought some new trouble again?" Dale inquired furiously.

On which Caleb immediately raised his head to meet his dad's eyes.

"No, dad! It's not like that!"

"Then tell us hurriedly! What do you mean by the deal?" His father glared at him.

"Actually, The new boss asked for Abigail in exchange for money and debt." His voice turned lower.

Both parents were stunned to hear this news.

"Abigail?"

"But why does he want her?" Erma raised a question while Dale also stared at his son with the same question.

Both husband-wife could not find any connection why some random person wanted Abigail and forgave their money like this.

"He told me he wanted to marry Abigail in exchange he will give me money!"

"Marry?"

"What are you saying?"

"Are you sure about it?" Dale threw questions one by one feeling suspicion.

"Yes, Dad, he told me with a serious look and I can't think he will make a joke with me as he had all the power to get what he wanted even without my approval!"

"Is he that powerful?" Dale felt shocked to hear those words and asked his son.,

"Yes, Dad! Even standing in front of him is like standing in front of your death. He has a great powerful aura around him and the way he talks I can feel he is not the person with whom we can mess even in our dreams!"

Dale now understood everything.

While Erma touched her son's shoulder before raising a question with serious stares," And son, are you okay with it? I  mean this deal?"

"Yes, mom. I'm okay with it!"

"At first, I was hesitant but after thinking about being homeless or getting killed by them. I made up my mind to break up with her. This way we all could be happy and safe. Moreover, I think there is no further path for me and Abi to go! It's over!"

"I hope you both can understand my situation…"

Caleb explained in a heavy tone while his parents glanced at each other feeling glad to hear this news.

"Great son! I'm proud of your decision! You made the right choice!" Dale laughed out.

Caleb looked at his dad with confusion.

"Are you not mad about the deal?"

"No, not at all! Because you did it right!" Dale proudly responded.

"Yes, son! Your dad is right! You made the right choice! And I'm glad finally the girl is going to leave my house! Furthermore, it's not like we are sending her to turn homeless. She's going to marry someone rich!" Erma smirked arrogantly, feeling a little unhappy to think Abigail was going to marry someone rich.

Caleb felt her mother's last statement was true and nodded in agreement. He just got relaxed that his parents are not angry and happy about this deal.

"It's a time for celebration for us! As we are going to be rich!" Erma laughed While she held Caleb's hands.

Caleb looked at his mother and gave a small smile.

However, Dale's face was still serious as he was lost in deep thought.

Caleb noticed that and immediately raised a concern.

"Dad, what happened? What are you thinking?"

"Caleb, how will you make Abigail agree to marry? Did you think about it?" Dale looked at his son with a serious gaze while Caleb felt silent.

He still didn't think about it.

"Honey, how could she not be ready?"

"We raised her from childhood. Now it's her time to pay us and marry whoever we want. She doesn't have a right to reject us!" Erma's voice turned loud while she coldly spoke out between her husband and son.

Caleb heard his mom's words which did not look reasonable to him but he turned, a coward. He didn't try to refuse her statement and silently just heard her.

"Mom, I'll try to talk to her first!" Caleb announced.

Dale nodded and added, "Alright, if you want to talk to her then do that. If she is not going to listen to you then we will deal with her in our way. She needs to accept her faith."

Erma also agrees with her husband's words.

"Yes, son! Then leave her to us!"

Caleb pressed his lips tightly before leaving his parent's room.

I am Sara’s Grandma. I heard a good amount about you from our doctor friend and decided to trust his judgment. I hope you helped my granddaughter’s leg recover completely, Mr Ken.” Granny politely expressed as she held Sara’s hand and then glanced over Ken, who right away nodded in agreement, “I understand, Ma’am. Rest assured, my work surely helped Ms Sara to walk again.”His blue eyes moved from Granny to Sara, with a soft smile, whose face instantly blushed before she lowered her gaze nervously.
