CHAPTER NINE

When they finally reached home, the happiness printed on Rebecca’s face was too obvious to hide from the world. Rud was as happy as his mother, with all the things that had happened they felt it was time to enjoy the moments filled with joy and happiness. Of course Rebecca wasn’t angry, she was proud of her son but that was something he couldn’t let him know if she didn’t want to receive more wake up calls.

“Let’s go, my baby, put your back pack on our bed and come directly to here to eat something,” Rebecca said with a smile on her face.

“Yes, mom, I’m coming,” Rud said running directly to their bed.

How was the little place they rented? It was enough to say it was a square space with the walls barely painted, the two beds there were separated each of them in the corner of the place and for a heavy curtain to keep some privacy.
