It was already morning, while the maids were up and about Princess sat by the balcony with her canvas, paints and brushes.

The sun wasn't fully up yet, only beginning to peek over the horizon.

There was a light dusting of pink in the sky, along with clouds slowly rolling in from the west.

It would probably rain later today.

Not that she cared. She had no need for rain, but it would have been nice if there would have been clouds covering this beautiful view, so she could paint something else. Instead, the sky looked like it always does.
