Since the incident with Kaden, I haven't seen him and since he hasn't come to my room, I decided not to go out.

The maids served me and the nurses been coming in to check on me regularly.

I asked about Dr. Jessen but was told she was busy with other patients so she couldn't come to see me.

I had just come out of the bathroom when I heard a knock on my door.

I opened it to find Kaden standing outside. "What do you want?” I asked him as the memories from that night flashed through my head.

“Just checking up on you,” he said, leaning against my door frame. “You haven’t come out of this room” He eyed my room and frowned, looking around me with concern written all over his face.

“Won’t you like the take a walk around the house?” he asked

“No, thank you,” I replied

He chuckled “I don’t want you confined to just one place again, Amara.” He said wanting to touch my face but I swarted his hand.
