Amara opened her eyes slowly, blinking several times to adjust to the darkness surrounding her. She tried moving but immediately noticed that both her wrists were handcuffed to the bedposts above her head. She was lying flat on her back, facing the ceiling. As her eyes adjusted to the darkness, she realised she was in her room, the room and grew up in before Kaden betrayed her. Dylan’s Pov Tossing and turning on my bed all night and I still can't find an ounce of sleep. The alleged letter from Amara is by my bedside and I keep staring at it.
