Nrse Rose's Pov

It's been two days since I visited Jackson at the hospital.

I convinced myself that I was giving him space and time to process things and reconsider his decision but the truth is I was scared of his rejection.

I doubt I can stand it if he rejected me again.

“But you rejected him for years,” My wolf said.

“And I'm paying for it.” I retorted.

“Just because you know how it feels now. You being sorry doesn't erase the past or take his pain.” She replied.

“Whose side are you on?” I asked.

“Nobody's side. I'm just the moral judge.” She replied.

I shut her out and got out of bed.

After taking a shower and dressing up in a floral dress, I decided to explore the city of Milan. I was in the mood for a little adventure plus it will help take my mind off things.

I walked along the streets.
