"Alright, I'll be at the office soon," Alan said to the person on the other end of the line.

Alan got up from his seat after getting a call from the assistant.

Then, he approached Jessica, who was focused on her computer screen.

"Jess, I'm really sorry." Alan pleaded with Jessica again, but she didn't respond to her former date.

Seeing Jessica's silence, Alan didn't want to waste his time because his company was in trouble.

"I'm going home. I'll see you next time." Alan quickly left the CEO's room.

"What is Leon doing?" Jessi smiled at Alan's back as he disappeared behind the door. "It hasn't even been ten minutes, he's already out of my room." Jessica looked at the clock in her hand while smiling with satisfaction at her bodyguard's performance.

Seeing Alan leave his girlfriend's room in a hurry, Leon quirked one corner of his lips and entered the CEO's room.

The handsome bodyguard approached his girlfriend, stood before her desk, and asked. "Did he hurt you?"
