CHAPTER 93

Nora was only out for a few seconds and she was able to pry her eyes open again. Her body felt as though it weighed a ton as she slowly stood up to her feet. She could sense that there was something different about her but she wasn't entirely sure what it was.

“You have lost your magic and yet here I still stand.” Zoran roared and she watched as he tried to channel his own powers. She watched as his face fell as he struggled to make out any energy.

“What did you do?” He roared. “I have taken away your magic”. She said to him and she watched as a look of rage came over him. She tried to focus on her own magic but it was only then that she came to her own chiling realization that it was gone.

She felt as though a part of her had been ripped out of her. She choked back a sob as she turned towards him. The only good thing that came out of this was the knowledge that he had lost as well and he would never be able to use his powers to hurt anyone again. He would be nothing more than a human
