Deandra pov

The next morning.

I woke up almost forgetting that we now have strangers living with us though they’re his family but they are complete strangers to me. And that young girl he calls his sister I know too well that she has something up her sleeves.

I stood up from the bed and walked out of the room. Ryder had already left for work so it was just me and them in the house, Aliya barely had time to spend in the house because of her work. The moment I got downstairs I sighted both of them on the dinning.

“This is going to be hard for me.” I muttered to myself and paused walking, but thinking about it very well, if I don’t treat them well Ryder wouldn’t be pleased because they helped him when he needed it the most.

I passed the dining area and headed inside the kitchen, while I was passing my eyes met with Clarissa’s but we didn’t say anything to each other. I know they don’t like me, I can feel it.
