Chapter 15:

Revenge is a dish best served cold….

"I messed up my shirt while cooking so I removed it and dropped it in the washer. I can go get another shirt if I am making you uncomfortable.?" Michael asked with an emotionless face

Christina gawks at her new eye candy . 'Finally my feminine charms have worked.' She murmured to herself with a seductive smirk on her face.

"Actually I don't mind at all. You can be shirtless all your life and I wouldn't mind a little bit." She said while licking both her lips.

Michael sits closer to Chris and feeds her the omelette he made her.

Christina can't help but let out cute moans as she enjoyed every bite.

"This is delicious Michael. Where did you learn how to cook like this?" She asked with a mouthful.

"My mom is the best chef when it comes to cooking good food," he replied nonchalantly.

"I need to meet the senior chef one day," she said, forgetting that Michael is her captured soldier.

Michael frowns at that idea and lets out a long yawn to avoid Christina asking him more personal questions .

"Oh you must be tired now, sorry I kept you up waiting for me. But you can go to bed or join me in the shower so that I can clean your wounds again.” She uttered while removing her clothes one piece at a time till she was fully naked, she walked to the bathroom door while swaying her hips from side to side.

Michael swallowed hard causing his Adam's apple to move up and down. It was becoming difficult to avoid Christina's charms.

“The job I have to do for my country.” He said in a low tone voice with a cold smirk on his face. He quickly got naked and joined her in the shower.

He started by kissing the back of Christina’s neck till she turned around and shared a passionate kiss with him. He touches her nipples and grabs her ass towards him. The next morning Christina wakes up very early in the morning and starts planning with commander Mario how she was going to take her revenge on the Russian cartel…

"We need 50 strong soldiers to execute this mission.'' She said with a serious bold face.

"Ok comare, but how do we enter their HQ?" Mario asked while tapping his feet on the floor. He was nervous because the comare might find out the real truth.

"We'll enter from the front door of course. I want to show an example of what I will do to them for breaking into my warehouse." Christina clenched both her fists in anger.

"But won't they see us coming?" He asked

"That's the idea, Mario, I'm not afraid of anyone," she said while rubbing her palms together with a wicked smirk on her face.

"Ok comare then I will get the soldiers ready to move. What time do we attack?" he asked.

"Right now in the morning." She said with a bold look on her face..

"But we have never done this in the morning. We might lose the battle." He added with a pale look.

"My enemies have become too comfortable. That's why they attacked me. Now it's time I showed them who's boss." she said.

Then Michael limps into the comare's office.

"Good morning Michael." Christina said with a bright smile as she quickly changed her mood.

"Good morning Comare." He responded.

"Hope you feel better today. We have a mission to attend to and if you are up for it you can come with me today." She asked.

"Yes comare, I'm up for it,'' he replied.

Mario's chest is rapidly moving up and down with flared nostrils. 'How dare this soldier not greet me. Can't he see me?' He lets out a fake cough to show his presence in the room.

"'Apologies commander Mario, good morning sir." he said while standing at attention.

"Uhm!" he said while shaking his head in accepting his greetings..

"Ok, Mario. We move in an hour. Get my army ready." Christina said while disrupting their greetings.

'Yes comare." he responded. Mario soon left her office and once again Michael and Christina were left alone.

She walks up to him while swaying her hips from side to side in a seductive way. She grabs Michael by the shirt and plants a long french kiss on his lips.

"How are you feeling today after last night?" She asked with a naughty smile on her face.

"I’m good," he replied calmly.

"Good. I was worried about you." she said while caressing his chest.

"I will be leading some soldiers to the Russian cartel for revenge. I want you by my side." she added her face quickly changed to a serious expression like a chameleon changes color….

"I am up for it.' he replied.

60 minutes later, the Chris cartel drives out of the mansion in a convoy.

In that moment Mario's heart is racing faster than the fastest man alive with nervousness.

'What if she talks to the Don and they deny the accusation?..oh Mario you are a dead man if she finds out the truth.' He thought to himself and immediately started sweating on his forehead.

The Chris Cartel soon arrive at the Russian cartel. They are welcomed with a warm welcome and shown inside to the Don's lounge.

Comare Chris, commander Mario, Michael and 5 strongest soldiers enter to meet with him. The rest were left outside so that they could attack from the outside to the inside.

"Welcome comare. To what do I owe this visit from you?" the Don asked. He was the supreme leader of the Russian cartel but he still had respect for the Chris cartel because no cartel was as strong as it was.

"Please take your seats." he offered but no one did.

Christina looks at him with frown eyebrows.

'How dare he have the audacity to ask such a question after what he did.' She quietly thought to herself. She was ruthless and cunning but she was always calm when it came to dealing with her enemies.

"Don, a few days ago a group of useless thieves broke into my warehouse and slaughtered everyone in there and got away with my money and drugs." she said without flinching her face to show any emotion.

"Am sorry to hear that comare. I was informed but not given enough details about it." he said.

Christina then signals Michael to hand her a brown envelope which had pictures they taken at the warehouse before the clean up. She drops it at the Don's feet..

"Then what do you call that?" she asked with a fierce fiery look on her face.

The Don picked up the envelope and opened it. The pictures he sees send a cold shiver down to his spin.

"I can assure you comare, this is not my doing." he stammered.

"I want to believe what you say but it is not just convincing me one bit." she said.

"Comare me and your father come a long way so why would I want to do this?" he asked in a shaky voice.

"Don't bring my father into your nonsense."

Christina removes both her guns and points them directly to the Don and everyone in the room had their guns out pointing at someone ready to shoot except the Don. He did not remove his gun because he did not commit the crime she accused him of.

This raised red flags in Micheal's head. If he did this he would have had his gun out pointed to Christina too but he just stood there like a deer facing the headlights.

Michael badly wanted to stop the shoot out from happening but he could not as he would raise suspicion in the comare. So he played along.

Both the Don and the comare have a stare off contest.

And in that moment Christina shoots the Don in the head. His brains splatters all over his soldiers who stood behind him. They briefly close their eyes before shooting randomly.

With the sound of the gun shot, that signals the Chris cartel soldiers to kill everyone in the Russian cartel.

One of the free flying bullets hit the comare's stomach and she fell down to the ground, hitting her head first.

Mario and Michael run towards her while shooting the all Russian soldiers in the room.

Michael carries her out of the Russian HQ while Mario protects them.

Mario and Michael manage to get Christina back to the car and drive out to safety.

Meanwhile a call is made to the police about a shoot out and it involves the Russians and Chris cartel… Chief Smith is immediately informed and she gets a searching warrant for both the cartels as they had endangered the lives of civilians.

Chief Smith heads straight for the Chris cartel first because of detective Michael Lewis

Meanwhile Mario and Michael had to work together to save the comare's life.

"Mario put more pressure on the wound." Michael said while looking back at the rear view mirror.

"Just drive,'' he yelled at Michael.

"Please stop that, you two." Christina said in a low tone voice while coughing out blood.

"Are we going to the hospital?" Michael asked

"No, drive straight to the mansion,” Mario said.

Mario gets his phone and calls the doctor to be at the mansion when they arrive. While Christina goes in and out of consciousness.

Michael, being a detective, knew defensive driving and in a short period time he reached the Mansion where Christina's doctor and nurses waited for her.

The doctor first examines her in the car by feeling her pulse and heartbeat… he then uncovers the cloth used to apply pressure on her wound… he paused for a while only to shake his head back and forth without saying a word

Michael sees him and grabs the doctor by his shirt collar..

"You will save her life right now!" he said while holding back tears in his eyes.
