It’s Christmas time, which means it’s the most wonderful time of the year. At least for most people. For me, Christmas is just like any ordinary day. But this year might just be a little different. My mother and father just left for the airport yesterday and I’m spending some time with the Green’s while they are gone. I went Christmas shopping and got Daniel a signed football from his favorite team and a watch. I got Kylie an eyeshadow palette, some makeup brushes and a couple bath bombs. I got Tara a cute knitted blanket and made her some chocolate covered strawberries and pineapples. For Jim I got him a baseball hat and a t-shirt. Work went by surprisingly fast this morning. I got back to the Greens before it was even 12. Daniel was still passed out in his bed. His hair still styled perfectly. I woke up to complete silence. I quietly make my way down to the kitchen to grab some water. Once I get a glass of water I sit at the table.
