SYLVIA

I sat on my bed, surrounded by the regular comforts of my room. Simon had knocked on the door a few minutes ago, and welcomed him in, wondering what was on his mind.

He paced back and forth in front of me, his eyes scanning my face as if searched for something. Of course his looking for something but what would that be?

"Where were you the other night?" he asked, his voice low and concerned.

"Just needed some quiet time, so I went into the woods for a bit of peace." I responded trying to appear nonchalant, I could feel my heart beat rising.

"Alone?"Simon stopped pacing his steps and sat down beside me as I nodded, picking at a loose thread on my blanket, avoiding eye contact.

"And was everything okay?" Simon's brow furrowed. "Was something bothering you?" He questioned again as concern etched all over his face.

I forced a smile, hoping he knew nothing this time about my moves. "No, nothing's wrong. Just needed some space."

"A large group of rogues are heading straight for us. I counted at least two large groups, maybe more."My thoughts kicked in, but my mind refused to believe it. We had just defeated in sending away the rogues which have been terrorizing our lands. It couldn't be happening again."What are you talking about, Ivar?" I questioned,"We settled this weeks ago. The rogue pack was no where to be found for three years."Ivar's eyes locked onto mine, his expression deepened. "I swear on my honor, Alpha. I saw them.
