"Achoo!" Ashley sneezed as she stood in front of the mirror. She rubbed her nose and blinked her watery eyes before looking at herself in the mirror again. She was so tired and weak, she needed to rest but she knew that doing that was only going to make her condition worsen. She had stayed home for about three days since the night of *rejection* so she just wanted to go to school. She was missing a lot and she needed to make her papers to graduate. It's been three days since she last spoke to Alex or Jonathan. The memory from that night still haunted her and made her feel depressed. She just wanted to sleep perhaps wake up the next day only to find herself at the very beginning of the school's party. Maybe she would be able to change her luck by not bumping into him. There were multifarious newspapers as well even though he was holding an iPad. He looked at his wife who by now had stopped folding the clothes and was just leaning to the wardrobe to hear what her husband had to say. Brown sighed and smiled faintly. "I don't know what to do yet, Senorita. Sometimes the pressure is too much and since this order is coming from the upper hand themselves, it's hard for someone like me to want to let go of." Ashley closed her locker and freaked out when she wasn't expecting someone to be behind it. Her face had turned into a horror one and she had to stop herself from screaming hard after that frightening experience. She looked at those around her with widened eyes and slowly comforted herself. There was this guy in front of her, Jordan by name. They were both classmates but not close enough to be friends because they rarely talked to each other. He was always in his circus of friends. He was also close to Daniel, Sammie's boyfriend. He was the same age as Ashley and had brown eyes with rough black hair. He was not that tall as Ashley was a few inches taller than him. Unlike Alex who had both a feminine-looking face and a bit of masculine features, Jordan was all masculine but good-looking. However, Ashley didn't take any interest in any guy. It was finally the new week for everyone and things were fast approaching for the students yet the memories of their classes were something they wanted to treasure. Ashley was not in the mood to do anything at the moment other than speak to Jordan and was waiting for him to finish playing basketball ball. Her friends were out there trying to create something fun that they could all do as a form of farewell to their classmates but she was really not interested. When Jordan sighted her, he wanted to come and meet her but she stopped him and reassured him that all was fine - he could continue. She waited patiently until he was done and that was because she had something filling the space for her - her textbooks. She did enjoy a little of the applause and yelling the students gave to support their favorite team or better still their boyfriends.
