The shock on Lovelyn's face when she saw Richard in their sitting room was too evident as she hastily turned to go back to the kitchen but met her mother who stood with smile on her face.

"You don't want to attend to your visitor, he said he's your friend, ah no, something more than friend" Lovelyn's mum said as Lovelyn was already sweating.

"Ah mum he is…..he is, is just that" Lovelyn closed her mouth when it's obvious her brain can't process any words.

"Go and get drinks for your friend" her mother said before walking past her.

She entered the kitchen as she searched through the fridge in thought of what to get. She have never seen Richard with soft drink before making it hard for her to chose from the series of soft drinks in the fridge, at last she settled for a canned maltina before searching for a tray to place the drink.
