Yanna *ba dum, ba dum, ba dum* My eyes prick with tears from the sound of our baby’s heart beat. Enzo smiles tenderly at me in awe of the sound. The doctor explains and points to the imaging at the monitor. “This is the head, the arms…” “Is everything okay though?” I ask.
