KIERA'S POV

"Wait Dad stay there, I will go there," I said then ended the call.

I hurriedly picked up my jacket and then went to Fiona's room. I need someone to accompany me so that I can make up reasons why I am not in Aunt Sheena's house.

knock. knock.

I knocked a lot of times but no one answered, is she outside?

Should I go to Kelvin? I don't want to face them alone. Dad is scary when mad.

"Kelvin! Open the door!" I shouted while knocking on Kelvin's door but there was no response too.

Where are the people in this house?

What should I do?

"Hey, Kiera. What is your problem? Why are you so noisy in the middle of the night?"

Hendrix popped out from nowhere.

I looked at my watch to check the time.

It's 9 pm. He is right it's a little late already to be so noisy.

"Ha? Your room is far from here, right? How did you know I was here?" I asked confused.

"Your voice is too loud and my hearing senses are sensitive, especially at night. I can hear 10x of what you can hear, dummy." He replied.
